I decided to do a trust pilot rating for wheelbarrows.co uk, due to the fact you get an invite to review your barrow and if its negative it doesn't seem.to go up, anyway I bought a so called heavy duty wheel barrow from them, it's far from heavy duty flimsy plastic, frame is okay but the bucket om the barrow is shocking, after two weeks of gardening and some light landscaping it's destroyed the plastic has literally falling to bits, it's not like it was cheap at 160 quid I thought I was buying something decent wish I'd stuck to traditional brands lesson learnt by cheap by twice

Poor customer service; do not buy anything from this company!
Bought an expensive fragile wheelbarrow with fittings that easily come apart. Point blank refused to try and get spares, even though it was small enough to be posted.
You will be disappointed.

Appauling customer service, told my barrow would arrive on Friday and it arrived on the following Tuesday, the 2 to 3 days delivery is a joke. Hate being lied to by customer services.
The Barrow is OK, some of the selds are dodgy, time will tell if it holds up. I will avoid using them again.

Had a terrible experience with this company. We bought a £300 wheelbarrow on Xmas day 2022 based on the measurements on the website.

As it turns out, when the barrow arrived it was significantly wider than the website suggested meaning it wouldn't fit through a gate.

I told the company about this saying I wanted a refund. They said they would change the website, but refused to collect the barrow or give a refund saying we have to call to get correct info. Presumably they weren't open on Christmas Day.

Very dismissive and obstructive sales people. Be very careful.

The wheelbarrow was wonky with a loose bearing. Massively overpriced for poor quality. They offered a measly 10% off which barely pays for the time it’s taken to deal with this issue.

Wheelbarrow arrived very promptly and I was pleased with the quality of it. Nice and stable, robust. Excellent value for money.

Wouldn't buy ever again, bought the so called heavy duty barrow, two weeks of landscaping and it's destroyed, 150 quid down the tube, tried to review on their website and they have to approve the reviews ha!

Chased my barrow order as had heard nothing. Was advised delay due to additional postage….!! The postage was calculated at the checkout…. So asked them to waive this additional £4 or cancel my order….

They cancelled my order - unreal!!! & very short sighted…

I smell sharp practice!

Still not had a reply from the Directors it seems like either their office staff don’t communicate with them or they choose to ignore their customers despite being issues with letters addressed for them.

IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO, I WOULD.
Item ordered 10/10 with delivery due 20/10, but not delivered. NO CONTACT from company. After chasing, new delivery date of 22/11 -- Guess what? Still not received & no reply to e-mails. Have now threatened Legal Action to recover purchase price. Will see what that brings!

Part of the frame for the new wheelbarrow was rusted inside. I sent pictures and a new frame was sent. And I was able to speak with someone without a long wait. The wheelbarrow is really good, 2 wheelers are the way to go

Finally made a decision and got my wheelbarrow, not too heavy to push and easily manouverable around the garden. Easy to use website with good information about the different types of wheelbarrows available.

It's a wheelbarrow. It came in a box. I put it together. It works. All good.

Excellent, large capacity two-wheeled barrow. Prompt delivery and easy to assemble. Used primarily for holding grass cuttings during mowing in a large garden. Very solid, good quality build and Pneumatic tyres useful on uneven areas of ground. I would highly recommend.
