I was going through ending my parking contract with Where I Park and Carmen helped me every step of the way. She was very responsive and got everything I needed taken care of. I would definitely use WIP again if I need long term parking.

I've been using WhereiPark for the same parking spot since 2018 and have been very happy with it. There was a period a few years ago during which my spot became unavailable for a couple of weeks due to construction. WhereiPark discounted the cost of my replacement parking during this period without any issues. I am moving to a different location and have just had to cancel my parking spot. Abigail was very helpful and prompt with cancelling my subscription without any hassles. I would recommend this service.

Quite possibly the worst company ("WhereiPark" "Where I Park" "WhereIPark") I've ever booked a parking space through. All of my payments were made on the exact posting time. My vehicle was towed due to neglected communication. What a great start to your day!
You would think that would be the first issue, wrong!!
Fast forward to another point in time when "WhereiPark" ("WhereiPark" "Where I Park" "WhereIPark") did not communicate with my parking garage and sent me an email saying my contract was cancelled. In shock, I responded and due to my response and without any reply, WhereiPark ("WhereiPark" "Where I Park" "WhereIPark") activated my parking status. No issues with payment.
Speaking of payment/charges, get ready for increases without notification here!
All in all, WhereiPark ("WhereiPark" "Where I Park" "WhereIPark") is a terrible service.

NO DUE PROCESS
NO PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE
If I could, I would rate this company at a 0. Giving them 1 star is a stretch.

I had a fantastic experience with the Abigail while canceling my parking. I was prepared for a long process, but Abigail went above and beyond by waiving the standard 30-day notice period and stopping my billing immediately. Abigail was also incredibly responsive to my emails and kept me informed every step of the way, which was a huge relief. It’s rare to find service this quick and accommodating—thank you for making this so easy!

Carmen greeted me on my visit to pick-up my fob, and instead of just giving it to me, she walked me outside to the garage entry to ensure that I knew exactly where to go, and also to be certain that the device worked properly.
Carmen also assisted in arranging for me at the very last minute, to move up my start date by one day.
Thanks also to Claudia for quickly approving my last minute start date request, and for also quickly approving an earlier date change. Sorry for having been so needy!

Carmen Cadilo provided me excellent customer service, correcting an error that was on my part and refunding a subsequent monthly charge days after it appeared. I thought there'd be an issue or a battle, but it was seamless and pleasant. I'd absolutely use Where I park again, mostly based off of Carmen's ability to handle my issue quickly and pleasantly. Super great service!

Abigail truly exceeded our expectations and made our day! We inadvertently signed up and paid for monthly parking not realizing it didn’t include overnight parking. My son is in college out of town and we had to obtain parking elsewhere. We got in touch with WhereiPark and Abigail helped us immediately, and gave us a full refund. I have parked on one of WhereiPark's properties in Los Angeles for the last 3 years and have always been satisfied with the high level of their customer service. Recently, I started parking in our office building and had to close my contract with them. Customer Support Specialist Mitzki handled the process with professionalism and care, replying to my emails the next day, as promised, with honest and courteous answers.
