I ordered a set of needles paid 20.00…
I ordered a set of needles paid 20.00 and change, tracking said they were delivered in mailbox, not true. Wrote them several time to get a refund, no reply, no refund. It may not seem like that much money, but when you’re retired and living on a fixed income 20.00 is a big deal.
Be careful with those nice ads on you tube.

Could be a good product if...
The delivery time was a little longer than I expected, but was disappointed in the way it was packaged in a cardboard box with no protective elements to it, and there are also no instructions on how to use the device, etc.
As it turns out the devices of no value to me because my boards in my home are not wide enough and the suction cup will not grip if it straddles two boards.
This should be called out when people are determining whether they should buy it or not.
So in essence, I have a suction cup that is of no value to me and that's a little disappointing

I ordered a 30 x 40 inch stainless steel cutting board at a cost of $69.82. They sent me a 12 x 16 board by mistake. After several emails back and forth they said they would refund $19.00. I have asked them to send me the proper size 30 x40 inch cutting board three times but received no conformation that it was being sent. If you're not going to send it please let me know so I can then take the appropriate action. Order # 2212998

A great transaction.
Ordering was a straight forward process, despatch time and shipping were fast.
Packaging was adequate, I would of expected a padded envelope rather that just a plastic bag as damage can occur during transit but as it arrive in perfect condition maybe I err on the side of caution.
As for the drive... it works exactly as stated, just what you need for physical media in the modern streaming world.
