More accurate than most gps trackers. Very small on collar and wicked long battery life. App is awesome. Peace of mind is worth it. If your walking off leash in the woods and your dogs chases a deer just click “track” and you instantly know which way to call your dog back:).

If you want to be able to quickly locate a dog using GPS tracking, this works. At the time of my review (and in my location), the device uses the AT&T cell network to track, so bear that in mind. I like the reporting features on the Android app (mileage, activity timeline and the integration with Google Maps). You are able to see the last known location of your dog immediately on the map, you can update the location (this may take upwards of 1 minute) and you can also start real-time tracking anytime. I walk a pack of dogs five days per week and share this around, so I've used it frequently.

we initially bought the whistle 3 in 2017 when we adopted our rescue and he run out the door the first day, since then the whistle has become my daily companion making sure our dog gets enough exercise. We bought the updated Whistle with health information and it is amazing knowing the scratch and licking patterns as well as his drinking and resting times. Would recommend Whistle any time

Great to see where you and your dog have been on trails. I have not used it to track one of my dogs, thankfully, but it is neat to come back from a walk and see how far they’ve been vs what I’ve done. Also when my husband takes them mountain biking, I like getting the alerts that they are back at home, since I don’t always hear the car pull in. I like seeing their daily / weekly activities, running, playing, scratching, sleeping, licking. It’s easy to see a pattern, and fun to make goals (less scratching w/ a new food? We’re short on activities this week, need to go for a walk... etc)

While tracking the dog via GPS the update rate is too slow. By the time I receive a GPS fix the dog has already run a substantial distance. The device is not able to track in Realtime. However you at least have an idea where to look for your dog. So it's definitely helpful but I wish the update rate on the app would be improved.

The Whistle has taken us right to our wayward Golden Retriever more than once! It's amazing and comforting to be able to see right where she is on a map. Also, the weekly reports are amazing. They help us keep tabs on her exercise, sleep, scratching, licking, etc. An amazing product!!!!

I am really happy that I bought this product for my dog. It gives me an idea of how much activity he is getting each day. I also like the location tracking monitor. Recently, I had to use it because my dog got out of our fenced yard. I was panicking until I saw on the app that he was still in the yard. I have not used the flashlight yet, but plan to do so very soon.

I love whistle go, gives me the security that if my little beagle mix guy decides to run down a rabbit or squirrel or even turkeys, I will be able to locate him.

I have left multiple messages not one returned. It is impossible to reach you or anyone in support. The second tracker does not work and has almost costs the safety of my pet. If I don't hear from you, I am posting bad reviews everywhere I can find to do so. 843 718-7424

Bought Whistle collars as a gift for our three grand dogs and their parents. Also got the health/fitness/ location tracking apps. These keep track of WHERE our four legged family members are, what they are doing or not doing and what is happening health and fitness wise on a daily and weekly and ongoing basis. We have our watches and they have their Whistle collars and everyone’s taking a little bit better care of ourselves now that we’re getting feedback. The location trackers are terrific for peace of mind. These sync perfectly with iPhones. Pricey but totally worth it.

I bought this one and another more expensive tracker, this one is by far better then any other tracker I tried.

I lost my dog this weekend and this app did me no favors. It was more productive for me to drive around aimlessly calling my dog's name.

Experience with the app:
- Opened the app and it said, "Kobe is 500 feet from the house" but didn't say where.
- The app was stuck "updating" for at least 20 minutes, by which time my dog could have been halfway across town.
- I coincidentally/thankfully found my dog after driving through random parts of my neighborhood yelling his name and offering treats.
- Even by the time I got home and gave my dog a bath, the app was still updating.

Experience with customer service:
- We called and expressed our frustration towards the service and asked if they could give us any sort of refund. All they said was, "Our hands are tied." Then asked to talk to a supervisor and they said the exact same thing. Very apathetic at best.

We've been paying for this service for the last 1.5 years and when it finally came the time to use it, it didn't even work. So glad we've been paying for a device and service that doesn't actually do what it's supposed to do, not to mention a customer service team that couldn't care less.

Overall, I just wouldn't use this service to rely on your pet's safety. It provides you with a false sense of security so if you're using this app, be sure to have other measures in place as well.

Excellent product, works perfect. I lost my male Husky and was very devastated, after some time I decided to buy the tracker for my female Husky, now I have a peace of mind. Absolutely worth it if you love your pet. I should have bought it sooner.

Whistle has been instrumental in helping me keep tabs on my two dogs health and gives me piece of mind if they are wondering to far from home. I highly recommend Whistle.

I love the whistle! I originally bought it to be able to track my dogs whereabouts should he ever get lost. I never expected all the other valuable data to be at my fingertips. This comes in handy for weight loss, as we can set exercise goals and have a way to measure them. I can monitor how much water Cooper drinks, how much sleep he is getting. I just love it

My dog got out of an unsecured gate unbeknown to me. I was able to locate him within a few minutes.

We bought our dog his Whistle last summer while in Montana for four months. He is a young shep mix who liked to chase anything that moved on the property and into the woods. We used it multiple times to help find him.

Now that we are back home we weren't sure if we really needed it on him. What we didn't realize is we love the weekly dashboard as a way to make sure he is getting enough movement to help him be his healthiest. He also took off one day after a random coyote crossed our path. We were able to track him and pick him up before he reached a major street.

We are believers in the product and it doesn't come off our dog except to charge it once a week or so.

We love our Whistle GPS collar. It allows our dog to wander on our and our neighbor's property and we always know right where he is or who he is visiting. It was extremely useful when he swam across the cove and ended up in another neighborhood. We went right to him and met some very nice people at the same time.
