This would have been 5 stars except that I wasn't given any kind of tracking, or any notice that it was on its way, in order to be sure I was there for the delivery. Other than that, the service was fast and the product was boxed well for the shipping. Price was lower than elsewhere, too.

My Shredder purchase experience.
Ordered a Shredder on Thursday, 5/14. Received an almost instant phone call from a live person wanting clarification on my receiving capabilities. Then a confirmation email.
Saturday, 5/16 received shredder which works great. PS; price was about 10% less than Amazon Prime.
A HAPPY CUSTOMER who will use Whitaker Bothers again and recommend to my associates.

Ordered a shredder for a birthday…
Ordered a shredder for a birthday present. After a couple of weeks I called because I hadn't heard anything. Left a message for Abraham. He never called me back. A week later I called again. The girl that answered the phone transferred me to Wanda. She looked up my order and said it had just shipped. She sent me the tracking a while later. Thank You Wanda. Would feel anyone would recieve better service elsewhere.
