Whilst these products made my hair look good I too started to get a very dry itchy scalp and some sores., also getting a lot of hair loss. I’m now using an all natural shampoo and conditioner and my hair and scalp are so,much better.

I have been using the shampoo bars for a long time and I love them. Great lather and the bars last for ages. My hair feels clean and looks quite shiny and I dont have to buy plastic bottles any more.
I'm thinking of trying more products for my thick, wavy hair, but not quite sure which.

Don't bother . I bought x2 shampoos and x2conditioners , hair mask and whooshing cream. They are all now o vinted as they have cused my scalp to go dry and itch like crazy. Back to good old john frieda for me

These are not luxury products. After two weeks the can dry out your scalp. I developed sores on my scalp after a couple of weeks. I have never had a previous problem. Hair should feel squeaky clean after shampoo not dry and coarse. You have to use the conditioner or mask to add a bit of softness. Disappointed

Tried White Hot Hair products for the first time only at the start of last week and I can't praise them highly enough. They've brought body and flexibility to my hair, together with a healthy shine and I haven't had to touch it up throughout week as it's held its style ALL week. I have fine hair and these products acted like scaffolding. My hair has never looked or felt better.

I love the products and the condition of my silver hair has definitely improved since using the range. I’m a big fan of the Lifeshine Oil - a little really does go a long way. Customer care is also first rate - super responsive (even on a Saturday !). Love this brand !

I have used many times and tried most of shampoos & conditioners! My favourite is glorious shampoo & whip mask which is amazing

I am disappointed as i had high hopes that this product would make my grey hair glossy and conditioned, but its awful!! My hair looks like wire wool now, weightless and sticking out like a white bush! I would like a refund,pleaee, as it is not at all as good as i was expecting.
Further to the above, the Customer Care team have resolved my problem and i am very happy with their quick response and help.
It was a shame that the product did not suit my fragile hair, but the customer care is excellent. Thank you!

I like the products they leave the grey in my hair looking bright and shiny. However, here is some feedback, your website is difficult to read, the font is too small and light in colour. As this is a product mainly used by women of a certain age I think you need to look at the usability of your website. This lead to me purchasing 4 shampoos, I thought were 2 shampoos 2 conditioners, I was deeply disappointed when I discovered this as they were for Christmas presents to person who was familiar with the brand. The staff were really unhelpful and offered no solutions. I had to buy the conditioner of Amazon as it worked out cheaper because of posting costs in the end. I’m not being funny but who would just buy 2 shampoos?!?

I have only used this product once but can already see and feel an improvement in my hair - which is quite thick and coarse. It is noticeably softer and brighter. I have sensitive skin and psoriasis but have not had any adverse reaction. So far so good!

Expecting great results on my grey hair …… shampoo smells delicious, lathers well but oh dear my skin has reacted. My scalp is so incredibly itchy, little blisters have appeared, now spread behind my ears and down my neck!! Upon looking at the list of ingredients…..Formica acid 😳 that’s what red ants sting you with!
Think carefully before using……I have never reacted like this before!

I was sceptical but it was only me but I was glad to read. The other reviewers said their hair was dull and mine was also quite lank and had to wash it several days in a row. Or say after the last time my head was itchy and I’ve gone back to my original shampoo. I didn’t see any difference in this product on my grey hair. I have written to the company, just waiting to see what their comments are. I wouldn’t recommend this item.

I bought the shampoo and conditioner after seeing online advertisement. It arrived quickly but I found the shampoo extremely drying and it didn’t brighten my white hair at all. It made it so dry and frizzy that I dare not keep using. I would not recommend

I use Glorious Shampoo, Infinity mousse, Shooshing crème and the bars are great for travelling - all brilliant products, even my hairdresser comments on the good condition and colour of my hair.
Excellent customer service when I’ve contacted them and delivery is always so quick.

My goods arrived in a bit of a state, the bars were not in their box (the box was flat, as though unused) and the bars were dented and scufffed.

I was very much looking forward to using these products as I can no longer get what I used to buy, in the UK.

The shampoo smells fantastic and lathers well, the conditioner is not overly oily at the time of use. Afterwords though is a real let down, my normally glossy natural grey hair is dull and yellowish, I’ve had to wash my hair twice as it feels greasy after just a day - usually I wash my hair every four days.

I’m really disappointed, I cannot recommend these products and I will not be buying them again. Returns can only be for unused items, so I can’t return them either - £££s wasted.

I notice in the reviews that someone has asked if anyone has had a reaction to the shampoo. I certainly have. My head has become more itchy as time has gone on and now my hands are also itching after using the product. I rinse well too.

White Hot shampoo and products certainly make your hair feel luxurious. I like to use a variety of shampoos but I always turn to my White Hot products before special occasions. Ordering on line is very simple and delivery prompt. I recently had occasion to contact by email and the response has been excellent.

Despite repeated attempt to contact the co, messaging, emails (phone none functional). No response when trying to chase up non delivery of £60 + worth of goods I ordered.
Edit, goods arrived on the 12th. 2 tubes ruptured as not well packed. I finally made contact though FB page, respondent helpful. No explanation as to why my emails didn't land, BUT they have replaced with 2 new tubes and a gift 24 hrs later. Now to try the goods!

I have been buying Shoosing Cream for quite some time. I have fine short hair and love the hold along with hair spray it has. I have bought the shampoo and conditioner but Shoosing Cream is my continual purchase. My only bug bear is when coming to the end of the tube I have to cut the end off to use what is left. Super fast delivery and well packaged.
