White Rose Energy Avis 

I never was with white rose energy when I moved into my council house but it was still set up under there name when trying to swap there was £50 outstanding balance (not from electric and gas id used) but I paid it and switched to British Gas I have been with British Gas since April/May but yet they are claiming I owe them money. When going online to the get in touch section they haven't replied when I have told them I haven't been with them for months and I even have a letter saying when I swapped. I haven't even been with the company and they are causing me bother I wouldn't recommend.

Terrible customer service ! At their request had smart meters fitted last June still not working . Fed up of calling them . They never call back when they promise they will . I Pay regularly by direct debit they then decide I owe them £700 . I guess this is due to their estimated billing 😡 incompetent company terrible customer service avoid at all costs !!

Been receiving letters every month for at least 4 months, asking for a gas meter reading,if not they will generate one, phoned on a few occasions, spoke with different people, explained my house dose not have gas, and never has,said it has been dealt with, but still receiving them, asked for a manager to phone back with my complaints, still waiting, no care what so ever with this company.

The Absolute worst company I’ve ever had to deal with . 5 months without a bill to be finally told it was an I.T glitch. Then told by a very rude female complaints manager it wasn’t anything major. Then when I left they generated 3 days of readings at a usage of 10 days of my daily reads.
DO NOT TOUCH THEM
