I Ordered 2 sea glass kits $50 total crap arrived from China and threw it in the garbage.

I ordered 3 pairs of pants in September and they were very long and baggy. Sent them back in which they received them on October 15th. Still have not gotten a refund or any kind of message back from them. Have left them 3 emails. One of their messages says that they usually respond back within 24 hours. I have heard nothing.

I ordered and I did receive three frames, however, one was damaged and I tried to reach customer service about it and I have received no response.

Was looking at some products on Whiterows and was going to purchase BUT I always check to see if the website is legitimate or a scam. Thank you to people who left bad reviews and never got their money back.

Do not order if it looks to good to be true, you will lose your money

I didn't order anything thankfully after reading all the reviews.
I always go to Tustpilot when checking to see if a company is legit. But what really pisses me off is, I really wanted that Flashlight!

I ordered a picture frame to hold kids pictures. Came in broken . Company will not respond to emails . Grandson was so excited that we bought something to hold his pictures in that he makes at school. Less alone a broken frame . Broke a little 4 yrs heart and mine

Ordered a peek-a=boo. Got it yesterday-dosen't work.
After reading all these reviews-I now know I have been scammed.

I don't even want to give them a 1 star rating. The item I ordered is made of the cheapest quality. It arrived much too late for me to give as a gift and there is no response from anyone from contact. Please, save your time and money and shop somewhere else. It is not worth it.

Ordered 3 expensive interactive toys for my 2 new grandbabies.
NEVER received the products. Unable to contact anyone.
WHY????
Does Facebook ALLOW these fraudulent companies to advertise????
It's BS!!!

This company scammed me. I paid for four frames, 3-7 day delivery, and insurance. WhiteRows confirmed my order, but never sent the merchandise. I have sent them three emails and had no response. I reached out to my CC, so hopefully I can get it resolved.

FRAUD- I ordered 5 glow-in-dark fleece blankets for my grandchildren. They took my money immediately. I did not get a confirmation page or confirmation number. I emailed them a few times. They do not respond. Please do not buy from whiterow.com. They are a fraudulent company.

Ordered picture frames for my grandkids, arrived 3 weeks later. No response to my inquiries until after 4 requests. There is no phone contact.
Product finally arrived. It is acceptable.

I bought 3 catapult trucks for my grandsons and there all broken. They took the money out straight away through paypal, there bank details state Hong Kong Zhong! I have emailed whiterows numerous times with no reply. Do not buy from them. It makes it hard if you have to check for scams from everyone you buy from.

I had the same experience as the first reviewer. In fact it was on the same date. No response to my emails. They took my money and never sent me a confirmation!

I ordered a car transporter for my grandson but had no confirmation that they received my order although money was taken the same day as the order on my credit card. I have sent them several emails but have not had a reply although on their website they say they will reply in 24 hours. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING !!
