Fantastic company to order from. I recently ordered some vegan pies that I was unable to get any more from the supermarket. I was so delighted to find somewhere online that sells them, everything about the order and delivery went smoothly. They were carefully packaged and I was very very happy overall, and I will most certainly be ordering again.

I received expired protein powder and yet to hear back from customer service. Very disappointing.

I made a point of ordering Sambucol for ages 1-12 years from your website, as nowhere else did this age range. I checked repeatedly that it was the correct age before ordering. What turned up, was for ages 3-12years, which I had found everywhere else I usually shop, and made a point of avoiding. Now, I appreciate the packaging is very similar, but annoyingly I ordered it for my only just turned 2 year old, so it's not as though I can use it for another year,by which point it will be out of date. I immediately emailed customer service to say I'd received the wrong package, I'd have expected some sort of acknowledgement. Even an automated response to say that it had been received and someone would reply as soon as possible, would have been nice... Instead, I was sent an email asking me to review my recent order.... okay Whole Foods, here's your review! Please can someone contact me to fix my issue.
I gave 2 stars because in fairness, delivery was reasonable and well packaged, it's just unfortunate it's mot what I ordered.

I have always enjoyed the goods I received from WholeFoodsBox. I buy the Stoneground medium Oatmeal food from there which is always well packaged, as well as a variety of other goods. They are also always promptly delivered to me.

Prompt service and items good quality and well packaged

I ordered a selection of plant-based yogurts from Whole Food Box and absolutely loved them! The quality of the products was amazing, and everything arrived in perfect condition. I had a few questions and changes about my order (I probably bothered them more than once!), but their customer service was exceptional — they replied promptly, were so helpful, and really went above and beyond to assist me. I truly appreciate their patience and support. I’ll definitely be ordering again — highly recommended!

My order always arrives promptly but I especially like the fact that in all the orders I've made, the packaging is completely paper/card, recyclable based material.

Organic ginger was overall good quality . A couple of small segments had started to mould unfortunately. The roots were small but sized accurately.
Good taste and good enough.

I just love ARTICHOKES !! And they are no where to get but from you ! You always have got them for me !! That is so awesome !

It is great to have such a comprehensive range of whole foods available for delivery. I ordered some refrigerated and frozen items and they were well packed and stayed cool. Some of the items were damaged on arrival, but overall, my experience was good. Thank you wholefoods box.

Great products exactly what I needed to cure my acid reflux

Brilliantly packaged - all items arrived safely and securely. Great range of organic and unusual produce. Only criticism is that 1 item I purchased didn’t arrive and I was only notified by email after the delivery came which was disappointing.

Quickly delivery and great product. Made the best bread so easily with no added sugar.

Great source for the nattokinase/rutin that I like to take. Always arrives quickly.
