My order was delivered and it was damaged contacted customer service they got back to me straight away asking for information I sent over all the information over with photos they apologised and sorted a replacement out very quick can’t thank them enough

Excellent Customer Service
I recently placed a large bulk order with Wholesale Sweets for an event, and I’ve been really impressed with both their products and their customer service.
The website is very easy to use, and I really appreciated how clearly everything is organised – especially that they separate out categories like vegan sweets. This made it simple for me to find plant-based alternatives, which was important for my event.
My order arrived quickly, well packaged, and everything looked great. The prices are also excellent, especially when buying in bulk.
I did run into a couple of hiccups along the way – for example, I initially wanted vegan marshmallows, which were out of stock at the time. Frustratingly, they came back into stock just after my order had been delivered, which meant I thought I’d need to place another order and pay shipping again. When I contacted customer service about it, they responded very quickly and worked with me to find a fair solution, which I really appreciated.
Later, we also discovered a taste issue with one of the products (Scottish Tablet), which only became clear after it had been opened and served at the event. Again, their customer service was excellent – they handled the situation professionally and resolved the issue without fuss.
Overall, I’m very happy with the service I received. Mistakes and stock issues can happen with any company, but the way Wholesale Sweets handled everything really stood out. They were responsive, helpful, and genuinely cared about resolving things for me. I would happily recommend them and will definitely be ordering again in the future!

Ordered and paid only to find the order…
Ordered and paid only to find the order cancelled almost a week later without notification until I enquired after delivery. Told to order again which I did and paid again, three different assortments, two were cancelled, one delivered again no notification until I enquired about delivery. I was refunded accordingly without issue 🤷♂️

Would have been five stars but my order was delayed and it was only when I rang to chase delivery they realised my order was stuck in their system…
Sorted everything promptly with next day delivery cannot fault customer services….

Best price and quality I can find online!
I’ve been ordering 13-15kg (approx) of sweets from this shop once a year (for a special celebration) for the past four years. I can honestly say I have only ever received excellent, high-quality sweets (with long dates) at the lowest prices I can find online.
