Wholesale Warranties helped resolve my matter
Wholesale Warranties sold me an RV warranty which was originally TruWarranty; however, Rosemark Warranty took over TruWarranty. The repair shop filed a claim, but due to delays, I ended up paying the shop. I had a hard time trying to contact someone at Rosemark Warranty for reimbursement. Wholesale Warranties stepped in and got the ball rolling. I give Wholesale Warranties 5 stars because they did assist me.

I was having trouble getting my claim paid
I was having trouble getting my claim approved by Premier Dealer Services. I called Wholesale Warranties and spoke with Edgar Gonzalez. Edgar listened to my concerns and contacted PDS. PDS outright lied about their contact with Freightliner. Because of Edgar’s questions to PDS and Freightliner’s detailed response, I am getting partial payment of my claim. Thank you Edgar and Freightliner!

My local RV repair shop worked with…
My local RV repair shop worked with wholesale warranties to handle the warranty claim very quickly. I just had to pay my deductible. This was the first claim I had made using my RV extended warranty and the process went smoothly with no issues. Couldn’t have gone better.

Excellent customer service
Stephen was very informative and patient with all my questions. We were in a bad situation where at RV dealership sold my son a $16k Warranty on a $24K RV. I was in a panic of the mess we were in but still needed a warrant in the event of an issue. I felt no pressure and happy at the end. Stephen walked me thru the plan and ended up saving the day! As I have previously stated, in business it is not a matter of if but when, an issue presents itself, how is that issue handled. Michael and Edgar both had an opportunity to display this, and succeeded with flying colors. The issues which ocurred were more the dealerships fault in not fully cooperating with the protocol of the inspection. The details are unimportant. What is important is Michael and Edgar exceled and took control and resolved the situation fantastically! I will be calling Michael C in 3 and half years prior to my 4 year warranty expiring to hopefully get another 4 years! I will be recommending Wholesale Warranties to everyone, everytime the opportunity presents itself. Thanks Wholesale Warranties and recognize Michael and Edgar for their valuable contributions to your company! Be Blessed...

Fifth Wheel with bad converter
We called in and explained an issue with our Fifth Wheel not keeping charge. We were instructed to proceed to shop for repair. No issues getting anything approved. Work was done very timely.

Had a issue with a slide on 2023…
Had a issue with a slide on 2023 Newmar, was at factory and got authorized for repair by Peter. Was fairly simple as factory tech and he discussed repair and received number for repair. FYI Newmar requires customer to pay in full before coach leaves, Newmar sends WW paperwork and proof of payment, then WW sends customer payment. My check was received to my home within 10 days. I have heard the horrible stories on coverage and all, however WW paid the claim and were very helpful getting our issue resolved. I am very pleased we chose them, over what dealer pushed. We went strictly off reviews when we went with WW. We have had 2 coaches covered by WW and this was our first claim. Everything went as smooth as possible

Was searching for a good warranty for…
Was searching for a good warranty for my RV I’m picking up next Thursday. The dealer was charging me 8k for a plan which I thought was too much. Called WW and spoke with Buddy Hooker and he got me a plan half less then dealer. Thanks Buddy

Put in a request for quote at 10 am and had coverage at 1 pm after having a very lengthy discussion with my Sales/Servce Rep. was super easy to understand and very affordable!
