Do not buy from this company,after butting heads with them they said they’d give refund but I have to pay to ship them back. I guess that’s what free returns means.not a reputable company

To clarify our return policy: We do offer free returns from Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, and Finland. For other EU countries, there is a small return fee of 5 EUR, and for Norway, the customer handles the return as stated in our terms.

Vi vill gärna förtydliga att informationen på vår hemsida avser vår hanteringstid, det vill säga att vi skickar produkterna från oss inom 1–4 vardagar. När paketet väl har lämnat vårt lager kan vi tyvärr inte påverka fraktbolagens egna leveranstider, även om vi alltid hoppas att de når fram så snabbt som möjligt (normalt inom 1–5 arbetsdagar).
Vi uppskattar din feedback då den hjälper oss att vara så tydliga som möjligt med förväntningarna kring leverans.

Drar dubbelt och återbetalar inte!
Jag beställde skor den 28november. Betalade med ett kreditkort så det var först i slutet på december som jag upptäckte att pengarna dragits två gånger. Kontaktade dem och de lovade återbetala pengarna inom 5-10 dagar. Nu är det slutet av januari och jag väntar fortfarande på 7800kr som de har haft av mig i snart två månader, jag tycker det är helt vansinnigt. Deras kundtjänst är dessutom inte ens ursäktande.

Hej! Vi beklagar verkligen att situationen upplevts så här. Den dubbla debiteringen som uppstod vid köptillfället berodde på ett tekniskt fel i betalsystemet och inte på en extra debitering från vår sida. När du kontaktade oss i december återbetalades det extra beloppet omgående.
Återbetalningen av hela köpet genomfördes den 8 januari efter att din retur hade behandlats. Båda återbetalningarna är genomförda och skickade tillbaka via samma betalningsmetod som användes vid köpet. Vi har även skickat underlag och referensnummer till dig via mejl.
Vi hoppas att detta klargör förloppet.

Yrityksestä ei löytynyt paljoa arvosteluja, mutta uskaltaudun ostamaan heiltä. Ovat ilmeisesti pieni suomalainen yritys Pietarsaaresta, josta löytyy kivijalka myymälä.

Stock levels adjusted to suit their bottom line. AVOID!
Purchased a pair of altra escalante 4 in a difficult to find size (49EU) at a reasonable discount. Paid in full with shipping. Next day I was told the item was out of stock. No offer to correct their mistake by sending me an alternative colourway in the same size. I simply cannot trust this business and the truthfulness of their website. I find it too convenient for them to suddenly cancel my order when the sale price does not suit them. Avoid this business and shop elsewhere as they are not interested in accountability and ensuring they build long term customer relationships. I was hoping to buy all my future shoes from this business but I will never buy a shoe from them, and I will recommend all friends avoid this business.

Hi! We would like to clarify what happened.
When you placed your order, our system showed one pair in stock. Unfortunately, this was a stock error and the shoes were no longer available. As soon as we discovered this, we contacted you and offered either another product or a full refund.
You asked for a newer version of the same model. That version was not on sale and had a different price.
When you chose to cancel the order, we refunded you in full immediately.
We understand your disappointment, especially since this was a hard-to-find size. The cancellation was due to a stock mistake, not because of pricing.
We are sorry for the inconvenience and continue working to improve our stock accuracy.
