London broil made great juicy tender steak and also grinded into a great burger.

It was great shipping was fast steaks are the best can’t wait to order more next time

Steaks and patties arrived 2 days after ship date. We tried the patties two days ago and the meat was phenomenal. I cannot wait to try the steak!

Taste was great and it melted in our mouths. I would recomnend this beef.

Weins is awesome! Great beef and great people!

Excellent Service! Definitely keeps up with other wagyu restaurants. Good job!

The customer service was friendly and responsive. The short plate ribs I ordered were some of the juiciest, succulent, delectable ribs I've ever made. As soon as some of the cuts that are currently out of stock are made available, I'll be making more purchases.

I'm very satisfied with my yummy purchase. I tried to tag you in my photo on FB, but was unable.

Have absolutely loved everything! Wonderful customer service and everything has arrived safe and sound.

Fast shipping. Products arrived as advertised

Best tasting steaks of my life! Not only were they perfectly tender but they truly melt in your mouth too!

amazing meat

This is the real deal folks. I ordered a couple of American wagyu briskets. They were shipped on a monday and arrived well packed and still frozen solid on wednesday. I was initially disappointed with the smaller of the 2 briskets because the flat was so thin. But I thawed it for the weekend and then trimmed it into a 9.5 lb. beauty. I rubbed it with kosher salt and 16 mesh pepper and threw it on the pit. 11 hours later I pulled that beauty off and let it rest. When it came time to slice it the entire brisket sliced, even the point. No waste. If you have cooked brisket enough you know the point can be pretty fatty. Not this brisket. I usually make chopped for sandwiches out of the fatty part of the point but this thing sliced up nicely. And the flavor. Wow! Outstanding flavor and the meat seemed denser than regular packer brisket making it much more filling. I spoke with Bradon on the phone prior to ordering and he couldn't have been nicer. Absolutely a great all around experience. And one final thing. The meat I trimmed off in two 1 lb. pieces to shape the brisket for more even cooking didn't go to waste. I cooked them next to the brisket and pulled them much earlier because of their size. They were just as good as the rest. Five stars all around. I can't wait to try the full blood wagyu.

Family owned business, excellent quality meat and service.
I had the meat shipped to FL when it was 90+ degrees, and the meat was completely frozen when I received it. Can't wait till October for fresh products.

One of the best vendors i have ever worked with!
