They charged me $309 to prepare a page for me. Never materialized. They took my money and and never tespond. It’s been almost 3 yrs. Yhey are scams.

Terrible service don't provide updates unless you get in contact with them first. Seems like only Alex Smith can write wikipedia pages he doesn't get back to you and blocked his phone number. Daniel on the chat line lies he says Alex will get back to you and then doesn't.

No final answer to my question which had to do with cancellation of my contribution

Beware

I paid for 2 wiki pages and they failed to deliver on both. When it came time for a refund, I have been given the run around for months.

I hired them over 1 year ago and ZERO

Initially I paid a fixed fees, but later on they asked for more and more money to which we refused to pay. Then they said they will work on it and so far nothing. It has been over 1 year of communication. They keep dodging my emails and promising something for "next month".

Use another company.

Despite being promised by them a full refund according to their 100% satisfaction guarantee for more than six weeks, and numerous follow up calls and excuses, the company has failed to return my deposit. I had to report deceptive practices to my credit card company. Still awaiting a refund of my deposit.

Trustpilot is made to help people and people have to know, if Trustpilot is so dumb and they don't know how to check if it's a scam website you can contact me and I'll give Trustpilot the tips, but can't say everything here because then the SCAMMERS will fix it, but one little thing just look on the Facebook page from this company it's all fake from the outside it looks beautiful just look a little more it's all a scam you can also check the Twitter page and the Instagram page, there is a lot of other ways know it's a scam even better I provided before but unfortunately I cannot discuss it here since the SCAMMERS will learn from mistakes

Look at the BBB it's a SCAM!!!!!
Don't fall for this website and service it's a SCAM, If you don't believe me look at the Better business bureau (BBB). You'll see there everything, on Trustpilot it doesn't say it's a scam because they pay Trustpilot to remove the negative reviews.

I should have looked at their reviews. Worst company on the planet!! Took my money, pretended to emailed me a few times and then took off with my money. I have not heard back from them even after repeatedly emailing them for status. Not to mention the names of the people you work with are all fakes. They’re most likely from overseas like India, etc. Stay away from this company!!

Wiki Proficiency did an excellent job! The entire team is outstanding and has an unrivaled level of mystery. For the greatest Wikipedia services, I strongly advice contacting Wiki Proficiency.
