My insulated bag is fantastic, keeps food fresh for hours. The staff were polite and helpful when I asked about returns.

totally agree with all the poor reviews,it's a scam,thought they were British,they are not,sizes are ridiculous,no point in returning as I don't trust them to refund.Avoid

This company (if you can call them that!) supplied wrong size boots after waiting 3 weeks for the item. I’m now expected to pay to return them to China, even though they sent the wrong size. Ordered size 5 and received 3.5. Horrendous customer service! Avoid these people as they are a SCAM

DON’T BUY from wild horizon. Ordered a coat that was 5 sizes too small, asked about refund was told I need to cover the return cost back to CHINA. In their refund policy it states in “rare” cases would you need to return item internationally, this is not true, it ALL is a drop shipped store all coming from china. Don’t even bother wasting your money.

Their business is a scam based of not shipping the correct goods and then insisting that the customer returns the goods to China at the customer costs and await the next instruction. I ordered Hiking boots, the delivery arrived over 3 weeks later, they were not the boots I ordered, or the correct size, they we so cheap and nasty. I asked for a refund and the keep citing the T & C's. Its a scam designed to some times not ship or to ship something nothing like the customer has ordered, please never order from this company. You know the saying, buy cheap buy twice!

Horrendous. Shorts way to small to sizing advertised, paid to return to China which isn’t clear when you order, 2 months later I’m STILL waiting for a refund even though I can prove tracking and delivery back to the warehouse.

Dreadful experience buying from this company . They sent me the totally wrong hiking shoe from what I ordered and not even the correct size . Although the website looks very professional and comes across as uk based . The company is actually registered in Hong Kong . So not governed by uk trading standards. This limits your returns’ I feel they do this to cover themselves. I noticed on here another unhappy customer had the exact same issue as me . Wrong shoe etc . So this must be a common practice for them . Not only where they the wrong shoe’ in the wrong size ‘ the quality of the shoe they sent was truly awful’ very cheap seconds. The tongues were not even stitched and foam sticking out out on them everywhere. I contacted them numerous times to return them . But they will not allow you to return them within the uk . They expect you to return them to there distribution centre in china incredibly’ at your own cost . I was t prepared to do this . As I felt they probably wouldn’t even get to there . I contacted trading standards. And I’m now stuck with shows I can’t use at a cost of £65 avoid buying from this rouge company at all costs. You will be very disappointed.

I orders without checking trustpilot first! my order took 2 months to come then the quality and size is rubbish they don’t accept returns unless you pay postage to china! no matter how many emails i’ve written they won’t accept or pay for returns. AVOID. they are rubbish

I would not give any stars if I could.
They sent me the wrong size of hiking shoes. After contacting their customer service, they asked for a photo of the shoes. After that, they offered me a 20% discount. I did not accept and requested a full refund, along with a return label. They stated that the customer is responsible for all returns. I was furious. It was not my fault, and I had to pay for the postage to...China. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Returned the cheap fleece they sent me at my own expense. Still no refund, I've had to contact my bank to try and get my money back. These people are basically thieves.

THIS IS A SCAM – AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

The mode of operation is to send you something you haven’t ordered. It might be the wrong size or poor quality (or both, like mine) or a totally different item. When you raise this with Wild Horizon, they require you to return the wrongly supplied item to China at your own expense (considerable) in accordance with their “Terms of Business” in order to receive the correct goods or a refund. Of course you have no guarantee that you will receive either.
Generally goods that you have not ordered/requested are classified as unsolicited goods. They are not the subject of any valid agreement/contract between the supplier and receiver and therefore any “Terms of Business” cannot apply to such goods. If the supplier wishes them to be returned, they must arrange to do so at their own expense. Even if the wrong goods were sent as a result of a genuine mistake (though a quick glance at the Trust Pilot reviews strongly suggests that these are NOT genuine mistakes) the sender would still be responsible for arranging for the return of the goods at their own expense.
Why does Wild Horizon bother to send goods the wrong size and of such poor quality at all and then pretend surprise instead of just keeping your money and sending nothing? Your guess is as good as mine.
If you paid by card, contact your card provider asking them to refund the amount paid and, in addition, to blacklist Wild Horizon and cease processing their future transactions.

It is from china. Takes ages to arrive they sent 2 sizes too small and refused to refund and have now stopped any communication

DO NOT USE!! Scam company! Our order never arrived despite being told it was delivered. No response from emails either.

Failed to provide tracking information. Products not as displayed on site and completely the wrong size. Avoid company like the plague.

Please do not use this company if you need to buy yourself some boots or anything else from this website. They will send you an item that is not what you ordered and then instead of arranging a return they will offer you 20% refund and will ask you to keep the item.. I have dealt with a customer service representative called Olivia, she has not been helpful at all or understand this situation. I ordered size 6 1/2 boots and instead they have posted me size 11 walking boots and then I wanted to return. They said I had to pay for the postage even though it was not my fault. I do not recommend this company to anyone avoid avoid avoid

SCAM COMPANY
Do not order anything from this company. Placed an order over 3 weeks ago and nothing has turned up. They claim to have dispatched but cannot even provide any kind of tracking information. After constant mails to them they claim to be investigating. Yeah right. So wish I would have looked at Trustpilot before ordering. Wish there was the ability to give zero stars. Don’t be fooled by this being a London based company either.

Not only did they send the wrong size they also sent the wrong shoes as advertised, this seems to be how this so called company work , they advertise items they don't have and send you chinese knock offs

They lead you to believe that they are a UK company which is totally untrue. Chinese. The reviews on their website are AI generated.
They sent me poor quality hiking boots at least two sizes too small. Their error but they refuse to pay for return postage. I will attempt to get chargeback from my credit card.
Do not engage with these scammers at all.

The hiking boots I ordered are of so poor quality. The soles are so thin that when you walk on a track in the countryside you can feel any stones you tread on which make them no good for hiking. As for the waterproof it is non existence. Product comes from China so takes weeks to get here. Emailed wild horizon to say I was not happy and wanted to return but was told as I have warn the boots I cannot return. How else do you know if there any good? The reply I got also said that many had complained about soles but yet they still sell them. DO NOT BUY THESE RUBBISH BOOTS.
