Easy website to use. Good communiication from seller as to dispatch estimates etc. Although carriage cost seemed a little high, the plants arrived well packaged and in excellent condition as I think they were sent next day delivery? Lots of useful info in and contact number should any more info be required put in with the package. A little pack of extra free wildflower seeds. included also.

The service we received was excellent and the primrose plugs were so large and so healthy that we were able to plant them straight into the garden. Can't wait for the spring to see them flower.

An abundance of choice offered on this very user- friendly website with plenty of valuable information about native wildflowers. Good value, nicely packaged, promptly delivered with some unexpected complementary wild flowers seeds. I've been looking for some of these seeds (like Bird's foot Trefoil ) in garden centres but without success. A very positive experience, thank you.

I came across English Cottage Garden Nursery's website by sheer accident - but I'm so pleased I did. I'd seen an advert in a weekend national newspaper for the butterfly garden Gromat from a different company and prior to purchase I wanted to find more info. Via a search engine, I found ECGN and not only did they have more info on the Gromat, but their price was 50% less than the other company. This was a no-brainer! Excellent information available online and very speedy service from order to delivery .... and don't forget I saved money too!

Not only was the product a lot cheaper than I had seen it advertised in the Sunday Mail, but the delivery time was super quick, the product arrived within two days and also accompanied with a free sample packet of wild seeds, this was the icing on the cake. Throughly recommend!

An e-mail had come through asking if I still wanted to go ahead with the order? I rang the company and did the payment over the phone.
