We're Johanna and Ismail, Co-Founders of Wildgrain. We started Wildgrain because we were looking for clean and high-quality carbs for our family. We spent months replacing stale supermarket breads, pastas, and pastries with our own homemade recipes. These recipes focused on clean ingredients and artisanal processes that provide important nutrition benefits.
Along the way, we learned that so many others were looking for clean carbs as well - and Wildgrain's delivery service was born!
We’re now proud to partner with small bakers and pasta makers across the country to keep the tradition of artisanal and nutritious food alive in our broken food system.

I like the personal, prompt, and accurate service with Wildgrain when ordering, or making changes.
I love having a simple supply stream of frozen par baked bread to finish off in my oven. For a year now, we love the baguettes and sourdough, love the chocolate croissants and the butter to name a few things. The croissants are a good thing!

I got the email letting me know my next box was on the way TO MY OLD ADDRESS!! I sent a quick email thinking it was going to be a loss - after all it was my error. Not only did they catch my box and redirect it to my new address, they followed up to make sure I received it. Excellent service and of course everything in my box was delicious.

By mistake I changed my order status from the one I activated at the beginning of my orders. This change eliminated "free Croissants for life". Yikes! I contacted Wildgrain immediately and my issue was managed and my account reverted. Croissants restored for my upcoming delivery. Every interaction with Wildgrain has been exceptional: prompt, gracious, responsive, accommodating. Have enjoyed our orders, some choices more than others, but never a complaint, just a matter of preference. Gotta say:

Managing my subscription has been easy and I look forward to the seasonal items. I'm also happy eating something that I know is healthier for me without dyes or preservatives.

I love the product. Love the customer service and prompt response time from the team to answer any questions and concerns. I only wish that the gluten free options were a bit less expensive as I prefer them due to some occasional gluten issues. Recommending to all of my friends and family.

I kept seeing ads that made my mouth water, so I decided to try a box. After reviewing the website and looking at the cost, I thought I’d try a box as a treat. OMG! Everything I got was absolutely delicious. My spouse and I went through almost everything in two weeks time. The directions (oven temp and cooking time) for each item have been spot on! I’ve since ordered additional boxes. There was a delivery issue with the last one — delivery service delayed by a day. When I contacted Wildgrain’s customer service, I received a prompt response with 3 options on how to rectify the situation…to my satisfaction. They gave me clear instructions to discard certain items that arrived warm (or room temperature) and advised which ones were okay to keep. I have been absolutely impressed — these croissants…whether plain, multigrain, almond or chocolate…are soooooo good!
