Think Property Avis

I honestly couldn’t be happier with Think Property managing my property. They found me the perfect tenant and have made the whole experience so easy from start to finish.

They’re always quick to deal with any issues, keep me updated and genuinely make me feel like my property is in safe hands. What I really love is that they truly care about their landlords, you never feel like just another property on their books.

Having someone I can trust to look after everything gives me such peace of mind. I genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else and will definitely be using Think Property for many years to come.

Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Although I was the buyer and Kelly was working for the sellers, her continuous updates and reassurance were much appreciated as it would have been a very stressful experience due to lack of information from the conveyancer. I can't rate high enough how much I valued her support and enthusiasm to get the sale completed.

I've known Michael for a few years now, he's always provided valuable insight and feedback on how I can invest in property. His knowledge is truly remarkable and I'm looking forward to continuing working with him and growing my portfolio

Michael has a wealth of knowledge and what he provides is a lot more than just finding properties. He adds value, is ethical, transparent and honest. He has always added value when I have dealt with him and has helped me a great deal especially with a mixed use building most recently. Working on a portfolio of properties with him now and will definitely work with him in the future.

I've been working with Michael for just over a year now, I've always found him to be incredibly knowledgeable, he clearly has an excellent understanding of UK property investing. However, perhaps more importantly, he's someone that I really trust. I've always found him to act with honesty and integrity - that's invaluable to me.

If you’re looking for someone who has unrivalled property knowledge then look no further.

It’s a breath of fresh air to speak to someone who is investing himself while offering this service to clients.

A*

I have been working with Michael over the past year. The knowledge that he has and shared has benefited greatly to my company growth. Knowledgable, trustworthy and definitely right person to do business with in the future.

Having worked closely with Mike over the past 18 months I know how knowledgeable and helpful he is when it comes to investing in property and can't recommend him highly enough. He really knows his stuff and provides a level of comfort when it comes to looking at sourcing and investing in property.
He's also really friendly and it's always a pleasure to speak with him.

It’s been a pleasure working with Michael. He clearly knows his stuff and goes above and beyond throughout the whole process.

I have worked with Michael for over 14 months and have found his extensive knowledge on tried and tested as well as new property strategies a real eye opener and am looking forward to many more lucrative ventures together in the future. Many thanks.
