Second trip with Wildland Trekking, but it won’t be our last everything was exceptional from day one until the end we really love taking trips with them!

My experience in Zion was truly life-changing. The passion and expertise of the guides, Seth and Alex, made the journey unforgettable and gave me a deeper connection to the environment than I ever expected. Our group had a limited menu based on many allergies and food restrictions. Seth and Alex handled it with ease. They took care of everything 100% and made the trip truly stress-free. I'm deeply grateful for this experience and the lasting impact it will have on my life as I plan new experiences moving forward.

Completed the 13 day John Muir trail trip in Aug/Sep '24. It was my second trip with Wildland (I did a Yellowstone trip last year) and both were fantastic. The guides were great - knowledgeable and efficient but also fun to chat with during long days on the trail. One thing that sets Wildland apart from other back-country operators is the quality of the food on the trip. The guides are fantastic cooks and take care of both preparation and clean-up for three proper meals per day. I rented equipment both times (tent, sleeping bag, pack, etc.) and the quality of the gear was good both times. Highly recommended.

I had such a wonderful experience on this Wildland Inn-to-Inn tour. I have a very demanding job, so it was a lovely treat to have every detail taken care of for me. I really appreciated the knowledge and experience that the guide brought to her work. The guide encouraged and helped us to get the most out of our time in Utah. I looked forward to each day and enjoyed the variety of experiences we had. And the food! Amazing. I enjoyed each of the accommodations and appreciated the local flavor of the inns and restaurants we visited. It was clear how much planning and attention to detail went into the tour. I look forward to future Wildland travel.

Wildland Trekking made the sign-up and payment process extremely smooth. It was clear they have done this before. Our guide Beau was extremely knowledgeable about the trails we were on as well as the geography, plants, animals, etc. His level of preparation in the detail gave us great comfort on and off the trails that we were in good hands.

A great company to do business with. The staff are very helpful and willing to answer any questions. This was my 5th trip with Wildland. The guides have been fantastic on the trips. I have already booked my 6th trip with Wildland for Aug. 2025.

This is a hard trip. Our guide kept us positive and literally got us up the mountain. I will always remember this.

It was quite a challenging hike on the Grandview and Tonto trails, but we had an excellent guide, Adam Beh. It was so peaceful to be away from the traditional “highways” into the canyon. We had also all worked to be sure we practiced ahead of time with heavy packs on rugged trails. It was great! Grand Canuon up close and personal!

The food was good. The route was well-planned. The guide was knowledgeable.

3 varied and spectacular day hikes into the Grand Canyon utilizing a great hotel base. Our well-organised and knowledgeable guide further enhanced the experience.

This was my first backpacking and camping experience, and I had an amazing time. The trip was well organized and our guide was excellent. I will definitely be doing more trips with Wildland.
