Run don't walk from this company--there are multiple reasons why their ratings are so poor--they are dishonest and thoroughly nasty, accusing me of lying in trying to reach published customer service number that never did go through regarding a return on wrong glsssware, then charging me their shipping costs on top of the shipping I paid to return. Multiple attempts to straighten out this order met with ugly emails and accusations I was trying to rip them off for merchandise I had already returned. I thought I was ordering glassware directly from a company I trust, only to find out order was routed to this this third party vendor. Emails went unanswered in trying to cancel the original order; published customer service number on the web was not answered or voice mail available, and eventual contact by email was most unprofessional and unpleasant. DO NOT do business with this company! Rather than work with me to straighten this out, I was made The Problem and essentially paid as much as the glassware was worth in return shipping fees and their withholding part of refund to cover "our shipping costs to you" Maybe legal according to their policies--but unethical and customers insulted in the process. Read all reviews on them. If you like a product they represent, go to the direct manufacturer and skip this dishonest company!

Wonderful Experience

I have been ordering from Wildlife Wonders for years. I have never experienced anything but amazing products and wonderful service. Having spent over $50,000 with Wildlife Wonders, I can attest that they are wonderful people with incredible products.

I purchased a very nice frog on a swing, almost two years later the top cross member broke. I emailed the customer service and asked if I could purchase a new piece. I was a asked to send pictures which I did. Two months went by and they said they never received my pictures of the broken pieces, again I sent more pictures. After four months of no response I sent it certified mail with a signed card, this way there was no mistake. I received the receipt back saying they received all my correspondence and pictures. Now six months later no response. This is a company that does not care about customer service. I paid alot of money for a very nice frog on a swing but now unable to use. Please do not buy from this company.

We ordered a statue of a dog from Wildlife Wonders. The statue arrived late and was banged up and paint missing. We tried to resolve with them. We returned the statue, and they sent another one, and it was also in terrible condition.

Do not buy from this business

Do not buy from this business. I ordered a figurine and had to call 6 times and each time they stated that it had shipped. Shipping label with UPS was created but UPS never received item. I never received my item. Had to call my credit card company to investigate and get refund

I'm still missing my rug

I'm still missing my rug. I've spoken to two representatives, left 5 voicemail messages, and written six emails. No voicemails have been returned. Email messages are ignored. The two people I actually spoke to promised a response and then disappeared forever. My order was placed on December 29th, and it's now February 11th. No rug.

I should have read reviews first

I should have read reviews first. I placed an order for 2 items ( marked as in stock with shipping in 2 business days) on December 31, 2025. I received an email confirmation for the order and that is the last I have heard. They immediately charged PayPal. I sent email on January 11 requesting a status report. No response. I have requested a refund on January 29, but that seems unlikely based on reviews. Beware.

They have delayed shipping multiple…

They have delayed shipping multiple times and were dishonest about the status of my order. It took four months of coordination just to handle the shipping. Eventually, I had to request a refund through PayPal.

O rating for 0 product

Can’t rate as one , but they did fob me off with some emails . Paid for an item to get delivered but 6 weeks on and constant emails of still getting fobbed off , have asked PayPal reluctantly for a refund as wanted product

You won't get your order!

I placed an order on August 3, 2025. On 8/27, I emailed the company requesting shipment status and was told there was a delay from the artist. After 5 back and forth emails through August and September, I was told the items would ship on 9/16. I requested status on 9/17 and was emailed a statement, "Confirmed. It shipped." I checked the status on their website daily until 9/20 and saw it still listed as "awaiting fulfillment", not shipped. No tracking information was provided. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. This is not a trustworthy company!

Unreliable, Untrustworthy. Proceed with caution.

Only giving 1 star because 0 is not an option. Ordered an "IN STOCK" item on 7/19/25 as a gift. When it hadn't arrived in a couple of weeks (should have taken only a few days), I called and was told that the item was backordered and should be available within 2 to 2 1/2 weeks. It's now 8/26/25, the item is STILL marked as "IN STOCK" on the website, but when I called again to see why I haven't received a shipping notification yet, I was told again that the item is still "in production" and it will be "a while" before it's available. They have offered alternatives (wrong color) or a refund, but the facts remain that 1) as I write this review, they're advertising the product as "IN STOCK", 2) they have NEVER been forthcoming with order status information - I've had to ask each time, and 3) the best they can do is a bait and switch for products which aren't even listed on their website (which is probably why they're actually available). This company is not trustworthy and doesn't respect their customers enough to be forthcoming about their failures. Don't order unless you call and verify item availability or have a long time to wait wondering where your money went.

Disappointing Experience

We purchased a lighted base for a sculpture which was well made but did not give us enough illumination. We returned it following their instructions but after a month still had no refund. we sent an email but without a response in 2 weeks.
Due to their lack of communication, we finally gave up and filed this as a disputed charge with our credit card company. Be aware of this issue before you purchase from them. They also charge you the postage for returns which is not obvious on their web page. This is disappointing to see from a company that is "family run".

I bought an item by mistake so yes, my fault. Just be aware that not only do you have to pay for return shipping but they will also deduct what it cost for them to ship it to you from your receipt. And then expect many e mails from them defending their policy. Not worth the time or frustration.
