The optician was very friendly, and explained everything as she went along, which put my children at ease.

As always a very professional service provided.After a recent eye operation I was looking for some reassurance after some unusual symtoms.I was given an appointment and was seen within a couple of hours.The optician carried out a few tests and took a couple of pictures which she forwarded to the consultant.More importantly putting my mind at rest regarding my recovery.

Very professional but very friendly as well, had nice small pieces of chat.

The optician gave me an excellent eye test, and told me my sight hadn't changed since last year. She also said my eyes were healthy

The optician is convinced she has found the cause of my eye problem. I will find out when I attend the opthalmic examination at Vale of leven hospital.

On arrival the reception staff were very helpful. I was seen by an optician more or less straight away. Excellent service.

I had the usual comprehensive eye test with Willis, which included an X-ray. This set my mind at ease that my eyes are healthy and no follow up was required. The care and attention from all the staff at Wilkie Eyecare is greatly appreciated.

I wanted to exchange my sunglasses for another pair hurt my ears even after the size had been corrected. My receipt said that I could exchange within 30 days if not damaged. They were not damaged in any way but I was told as I had worn them this was not possible

From the first phone call the staff could not have been any nicer. All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My little girl was made to feel so comfortable by both of the opticians she has seen over the past few weeks. The staff at Wilkies really are head and shoulders above the rest. I went to Wilkies as a child and I will absolutely be returning to Wilkies myself for my next appointment.
