NO CUSTOMER Williams F1 Store…

Totally appalled by the Williams Store and lack of Service.
Purchased items, received email confirmations of order and dispatch only to receive pretty much instantly another email advising my parcel would be delayed with Evri who has apparantly lost my parcel as soon as they took hold of it.
Contacted Williams 5 times and they took nearly a week to get back to me to advise that Evri have lost the parcel and they will send a replacement - problem is half of my order is now not in stock and this order is stuck in processing. having tried to contact Williams again - I am still waiting for a response - only been 4 days !!!
Customer Service is NONE EXISTANT DO NOT PURCHASE DIRECTLY FROM WILLIAMS GO ELSEWHERE

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Tried multiple times to place an order and there system couldn't take it. Then the product went out of stock and missed out because of there poor system.

Worst customer service

Similar to others, the customer service is truly horrific. They sent me entirely the wrong item and I informed them as soon as unpacked it and kindly asked for them to send me the item I paid for. It ended up with me spending two weeks of actively chasing, to get little to no response, and the responses I received to be utterly useless. I ended up demanding a refund and confirmation that it had been processed ahead of me escalating. As a fan of the F1 team, it's such a shame they have genuinely awful service and that I won't ever use them again because of it.

Williams F1 rotten service

I decided to purchase a new cap and T-shirt for start of the new season. Just under £100. This was a pre order. I received the cap no issues. I requested a Large shirt, they sent me XL. I immediately sent them an email stating they had sent the wrong size. They requested proof by way of photo. I sent this immediately. A week has passed and nothing. I sent a chaser and told it was ‘escalated.’ Rotten customer service. Clearly, they don’t care about their customers. I wanted this for an F1 party season start. I would steer clear of this company. Happy to quickly take your money but slow with any issues. Fuel for Fans and Fanatics have much better customer service and I would recommend those sites for purchases.

Two orders from late November 2022 were…

Two orders from late November 2022 were dispatched but have been sat with Evri ever since. Emailed customer services twice but got no response and now the customer services email account just bounces emails back.

No way of getting my order and no way of getting a refund. A very dissappointed 12 year old Williams fan didn't get his planned Christmas presents and they have now missed his birthday too. It seems I'm out of pocket

Tonight WilliamsF1 experience centre…

Tonight WilliamsF1 experience centre hosted our IoP 65th HEPP & APP annual meeting. The facilities are superb, heads up to Ellie Frearson here for giving me the support to pull this off. Wait staff served 200 attendees so big hand for those too. But the show stopper was the giant scalextric for the purists and the Esports for the gamers. A thoroughly enjoyable evening was had by all. Thank you.

Returns

I ordered a coat off the site before Christmas but unfortunately the size was too big. Website says hassle free returns. Filled in form and told i would receive returns dockets. To date I have received nothing since an initial reply telling me to fill the form returns in which I had clearly stated in my email that I had filled returns and was waiting on returns number and dockets since this no one has responded to me or my countless customer forms filled out. It was an expensive coat hence why I would like to return as its just wasted being too big. Very disappointed
