Awful customer service
Sent back socks that were defective (hole on the top) paying for shipping. Willow Ace never looked at the socks, claimed the warehouse never told them and claimed it was damaged, would only give me store credit and have to pay for shipping. Thanks but no thanks. Worst customer service and honestly not that great of a socks.

Found it difficult to get the right amount
