Company are good, delivery awful
Company are good and quality of sofa bed is good.
However I would never use again due to the delivery company they use. They are unable to be flexible on delivery dates, they also make you sign for delivery to say they are not responsible For any damage they may cause on delivery, as they don't have insurance.
I think this is appalling and for that reason would never use or recommend again, unless a different delivery company was being used.
None of this is made clear before purchase.

We’re sorry to hear that the delivery experience was disappointing. Delivering large and heavy items can sometimes be challenging, particularly where access is restricted, and we understand how frustrating this can be.
To clarify, our delivery teams are insured. In some situations where there is an increased risk of damage to property, customers may be asked to sign a waiver so they can decide whether they are happy to proceed with the delivery. We’re sorry if this wasn’t explained clearly at the time.

Really solid and sturdy well made sofa…
Really solid and sturdy well made sofa bed, so pleased with my purchase my 3 year old twin granddaughters absolutely love it. Plenty of sleeping space and not too high, I bought the smallest size and was amazed that myself and twins could fit albeit a little snug.

Everything was smooth and easy from start to finish. Love how you can choose the style, cushion type and mattress to really personalise your sofa bed.
Delivery was on time and delivered by a very careful team. They unpacked and showed me how to unfold the bed - great service!

Excellent from start to finish
Excellent from start to finish. A high quality well made sofa bed as described. The company have very diligent employees who know what they are doing. They are very easy to talk to and they genuinely wanted to help provide a first rate service - I was grateful to receive a sample fabric of my order, this was a lovely surprise and this does not happen with other very good furniture outlets, I have used often in recent years . The information provided about the product is excellent as well as the fabric choices the data for fabric is also available. Oder placed 25/11 and delivered before Xmas a smooth top class delivery. A pleasant experience throughout and this was despite my long standing credit card bank deciding to create failed payments for my order. So if this happens to you,it’s likely to be your bank not the company systems. This only showed me how good willow and hall actually are in dealing with enquiries.

A good product and good value for money. Excellent options for structure and upholstery offered. We are, however, finding the back cushion is starting to buckle and pleat. We will be contacting the company about this.

Purchased the Appley Sofa Bed
Purchased the Appley Sofa Bed - price is a little too high but you get what you pay for as i didnt want a spring mattress. sofa itself is comfortable, sturdy and is relaxing to sit on. i personally havnt used it as a bed but the kids that did found it comfortable, its so easy to pull out and put back in. Ordering and delivery was smooth and quick. I didnt order a fabric sample as i needed a bed quite quickly but they were kind enough to send me a sample and i could make a switch if i needed to, which i appreciated.

Wonderful British Business
I absolutely love this business. We now have a wonderful corner sofa and a lovely single bed for my daughters room. The pre-sales is great, I had a question about samples getting to me in time for a Christmas order and the chap I spoke to was brilliant and made the timelines clear, expressing the samples to me so that I could make a decision in time for Christmas.
The products are beautifully made and I am very happy - they will be the first place we look in the future.
We all need to support fantastic British businesses - we still make lovely things, I could have spent less on an Ikea sofa, but I would not be supporting British craft and every time I sit on my new sofa, I enjoy it more knowing that it was made here.

Fantastic sofa bed
A fantastic sofa bed. Slightly more expensive than many on the market but it is great quality, easy to set up and very comfortable. Delivery schedule was well communicated and as well as taking to the room, they took time to demonstrate how to set up and open the sofa bed. Recommended.

Splendid service and incredibly comfortable sofa!
From my first phone call with the sales team, my experience of Willow and Hall has exceeded expectations. Shaun took considerable time answering my questions and providing additional information that I had not considered. His recommendation on the colour was spot on, yet for reassurance he sent out fabric samples so I could be sure and not miss out on the sale price.
All communication with this company has been efficient, professional and personable.
The delivery company were also incredibly helpful by offering a different day to the first one proposed, especially given the time of year.
On the day of delivery the team delivered my sofa with care and efficiency.
I had ordered a Marsten chaise storage sofa bed, with just the standard mattress. I called them on the day to enquire about getting a higher quality mattress, as I realised that the open sprung would not be workable for me needs after all. The customer service team were incredibly obliging, given it was my error not to have considered the structure of open sprung would not suitable for myself or family visitors. During this call Shaun also checked if I was happy with the rest of the sofa and the service of the delivery team. I would unreservedly recommend this company. Thanks to all at Willow and Hall!

Lovely quality sofabed, comfortable and very nice design. The bed and mattress also very comfortable.
The time from order to delivery was as described. We were also impressed that despite not having asked for a covering material sample, one was sent to us to ensure that we were happy with our choice, and we were.

Not what it promised to be
We ordered an Alderton sofa bed. Good points where that the delivery of samples and of the sofa itself were without problems. However, considering the relatively high price, we are very disappointed with the quality of the product. We went for the most expensive feather cushions promising a sink-in feel and comfortable seating. This is not at all the case. The sofa feels stiff, the cushions show strong creases from the inner material and it makes a scraping sound when you sit on it. Complaints were handled professionally but without any help for improving the quality. We cannot recommend.

Lovely Sofa but Poor Service
The sofa is lovely and comfortable. The design and the materials are fabulous. But the delivery team left obvious black marks on the sofa. We raised this and they finally arranged someone to clean for today which I made myself available at home to wait, but they did not turn up without any contacts. I love the sofa but the service is far from ideal.
