Extremely quick response to any questions; the after care was excellent. I am extremely grateful to staff at Wimpole Clinic and, in particular, to Husnain for his after care, resolving anxieties I had in January and later in the spring. I was very impressed with his dealing with scabs on my head a few weeks after the procedure.

If I am to rewind the clock back by 7 months to the morning of the long feared date of my hair transplant at the Wimpole Clinic...

Before leaving the house, one final glance in the mirror at the island of hair that for many years was all that lay between the top of my head and the sky and then off to No 2 Harley St.

I have written in a previous revue about the professionalism and compassion I received both before and during the transplant. Now I am delighted to be able to give my feedback from a 7 months post op perspective.

The results are extraordinary and have genuinely exceeded all expectations. The island I referred to earlier, has been replaced by a fully populated country and I am beyond delighted with the results.

This happiness was cemented when not so long ago when I met up with my university friends who I've known for close to 30 years. A selection of some of the most cynical people on the planet. They arrived at our selected bar in the west end of London in the full knowledge I'd had the transplant and itching to point out the ridiculousness of the vanity path I had opted to walk down. Albeit through gritted teeth, to a person they had to concede that the results were miraculous and my Wimpole Clinic decision was a decision well taken.

To Husnain and his team of miracle workers, I cannot thank you enough. And to those of you experiencing similar feelings of trepidation I had seven months ago, I implore you to take the plunge. It is so so worth it.....

Nearly 2 years post OP and couldn’t be happier with the results.

From my first consultation with Carly, the whole process was seamless and couldn’t ask for more attention to detail, knowledge of the process and very accurate reassuring predicted results.

Dr Luciano was the surgeon who completed the procedure, from the time I arrived he explained in detail how the day would go, the continuous reassurance and ensuring I was comfortable, relaxed and explaining the next steps as he went. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff with him were also just as attentive and made the day and atmosphere relaxing and also professional.

Post surgery the continued support and checking-in from Carly was excellent, could reach out and speak to her anytime, no question too small.

My overall experience was excellent, couldn’t have imagined the whole process would have been equal parts professional and caring.

Knowing now how the process and post recovery/results have been, I wish I had gone to the Wimpole sooner!

I would truly recommend this clinic I have had 3 hair transplants and have been totally satisfied with all 3 procedures.

Carly Maybin and Dr Ahmad Moussa was excellent in handling all my pre and post operation details and instructions.

I was very nervous leading upto the surgery but the staff made me feel so welcome. They were calming and kind. First off meeting James who ran me through the procedure, talking me through what was going to happen, then I met the technicians Nadiya, Shree and Tara. Tara also came and spoke to me for a good 5/10 minutes, reassuring me after I explained my anxiety towards the procedure as well as checking in on me during the transplant. They took me through step by step, reassuring me and my partner. Very welcoming and lovely. The surgeon Dr Ulf, again, made me feel very safe and at ease. What was quite daunting became a very easy and happy day for myself. Laughing throughout the procedure. The results as well were better than I could have asked for.

They also let me put on a TV show I liked, where we were all laughing at.

Very happy I chose to have the procedure in England rather than abroad.

I recently had my hair transplant done at the wimpole clinic in Birmingham. It started with a consultation with mahir and he explained everything and answered all the questions i asked of him he was brilliant. Dr thomas was very helpful and good at his job he had a lot of knowledge and did a great job with designing my new hairline. The whole experience was great I was treated very nicely, the whole team was great they was very professional and made me feel very comfortable and welcome. I am very happy I chose wimpole clinic and I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about getting a hair transplant.

I am currently 3 weeks post op and I would 100 percent recommend wimpole clinic based on my experience so far.
Prior to the operation I received clear instructions and advice. When I arrived the team were professional and kind throughout. Post op the care was faultless with daily check ins and they were happy to answer any queries. In particular, Husnain has been very supportive and professional.
So far I'm happy with the results.

My personal experience was actually perfect smoothly everything first day when I got There to find out about the cost about the process it was very clearly they make you feel very calm answering to all questions .
End after just probably four days or something like that, I have my operation three people worked on me very experienced .
And when you are going home …in my case James guide me after the operation with everything I have to do after the operation and answering all the questions or concern, I was having.
I would definitely recommend they’ve been brilliant to me.

From start to finish, the whole service felt professional and that there was genuine support throughout. My surgeon (Dr Band) and consultant and post-op care (KJ) were both excellent throughout the process and I found it comforting knowing they had a high level of experience.

On the day itself, the entire team were wonderful despite it being 19th December and so close to Christmas. From the receptionists at the Manchester branch providing decaf coffee, the technicians who worked incredibly diligently throughout the day to Dr Band and KJ, nothing felt rushed and I was put at ease throughout.

I want to also mention how pleased I was with the aftercare. Despite the 14 day period being 20th Dec - Jan 2nd, I was always replied to by KJ who put any concerns at ease and explained each day well. I thought this was especially impressive given the time of year.

Overall I am pleased so far. It has only been 2 and a half weeks, but the density looks good and the recovery better than expected thanks to clear guidance from the team.

From my first appointment all the way through after care, the support and response from the team have been great, the surgery went amazing and I am expecting great results, over all extremely happy with my experience

Thank you for your reply to my complaint so promptly and on a Sunday. What a shame it was taking me between 5 and 9 days to get any response before this when I was trying to book a procedure and yet now I get a reply in hours.
My second procedure went very well thank you.
