very disappointed because you do not receive the products in time and you have to cancel your appointments for this reason.on the website it next day delivery but it not true.i need to call to 2 to find when I receive the products.after that she said on the phone i’m too far and they can be the delivery
this is not correct, especially when you depend on those products and have patients who come to you at the clinic. with "I'm sorry, you can't solve anything"

Have used Wimpole a few times now and have always been happy however, today, I’ve had to give a 3 star rating.
My package arrived super quickly but was very badly damaged. The products were crushed by the courier and, because the packaging was virtually non existent (no protection with paper shreds or bubble wrap) one of my syringes is bent.
I’m more upset that I contacted them by email but haven’t had a response. I appreciate these things happen but this could have so easily been avoided if better packaging had been used.
