The response from customer service was…
The response from customer service was fast and very helpful. The redeem process however seemed like it lasted forever giving me plenty of time to see my sweep coins staring me in the face. Seemed like once I reached a certain amount I was capped and then began a downhill fall that still hasn't ended. Overall I give this sweeps casino 7.5 out of 10.. grueling redeem process is only negative..but I got my redeem and will play again

Ok so I figured I'd try it out and see what's up with this casino I've been hearing it about, Win Bonanza. I'd have to say it's better than I imagined. There's plenty of games with a good variety of whatever slot style you prefer to play. The KYC verification went smoothly as always. That's good business and how business should be done. You do what you say you're going to do. It was surprising because I forgot about it through the week with work and life going on. Man it was a nice surprise tho. It came on the night b4 the last day of the timeline. I don't remember the day it was but I do remember it bought drinks for a few of us all night. That's about all I remember from that night. So it all was a very pleasing experience from the beginning to the end. The times I play there I've won. This last time I walked away with a cool +350 IYKYK. So I say great job WinBz keep it up. You know I'll be back. So far I love this casino, won on the free $5, but have been waiting to be verified for a few days now. Hopefully it goes smooth, if so it will be one of my favorites. Will also update to 5 stars once verified and able to cash out!
Update: still not verified and starting to wonder if it’s because i have a very high sc balance. I’ve never had an issue getting verified.
Update: They won’t verify you if you have money in your account. Every time I email them I get the same automated response. Be careful on this site, i’ve waited over a week now with no answers. Will adjust my review if things are made right. They also flag any review that’s negative.

So I finally figured out the issue
Why did you guys flag my review saying it was illegal content? What does that even mean? I have been waiting so long you guys to accept my verification I've done everything you guys have asked me and then you flag with my review? Huge giant red flag. No other site has ever made me go through this that's insane.
So I finally figured out the issue, if you guys had mentioned that when we upload files, to not have it come out of Google drive, that would have saved me A LOT of frustration...
But now it's been 3 days and still waiting for verification to come through. NONE of the other platforms I play and I mean NONE of them take longer than maybe an hour and that's probably more time than any of them actually took. I feel like it's because I have money to redeem but you guys are hoping I just play it down before I get verified... I don't wanna think that's true but it sure feels like it.
Please push the process forward and I will change my rating. Thx
