Trevor at Missouri Wind and Solar was very accessible by direct phone. He sent me clear instructions on installing the batteries and solar panels. After it was all set up I called again and he walked me through the setup of the system. Everything went great with install and setup of this system.

bought a pmg that a magnet came loose within minutes
of using it. took it up to their service store and they fixed it on the spot. Nice guys to deal with and fast repair. would buy again.

Great team at Missouri Wind & Solar. Buck was extremely supportive. Look forward to working with them again.

Follow up services. Awesome service.

I have purchased a number of items from Missouri Wind and Solar over the years and they have always filled orders quickly and provided excellent service. One time a delicate item arrived in damaged condition and they replaced it promptly with no questions asked. I find them to be completely reliable and trustworthy.

The people who I spoke with were fabulous, very helpful and courteous
Trevor was great also
Clearly explained how the parts work

I've purchased from this company before and was very satisfied with the quality of the products enough that I sought them exclusively for the next step in my solar project.

I started mounting solar panels on my garage in 2020 during the pandemic as "something to do" and I used Missouri Solar's rails and brackets to mount my panels. I quickly bought another set or two to build my array, which I hadn't a need to expand upon given the results I was getting from my solar system. Well, some used panels were given to me for a good deal, so expansion (when spring breaks) will resume, using a bit bigger/more robust set of rails and brackets.

Missouri wind and solar is a great company as long as they are in business I will buy my stuff from them very happy thanks Missouri wind and solar

My pump needed a new seal. I was able to send it back and have it fixed quickly at an affordable price.

shipping is great, although I would like to have seen instructions in the 2 panel pole mount, I know now that you have them on web site but not everyone has a printer. I figured it out by looking at photos. Your staff are great, I called 3 times and got a different person and they were very knowledgeable. I plan on buying another set like I have for another part of my pond which is almost 2 acres to get more coverage on aeration. Thanks for your help and innovation with the no battery type solar panel inverter.

Trevor did a great job helping me with my order. Quality was great and delivered quickly.

We selected the 2 aeration unit for a 2-acre pond. The system works well and has been in use for over a year. When the panels shipped they did leave on the connectors for the solar panels but quickly shipped the parts we needed at no cost. So far, we are very pleased with the system. Gave 4 stars only because of the missing part that held up our completion of the solar panels and another trip was made to complete the project.

Fast, friendly and personalized service. We are rank newbies with solar stuff and Buck, Trevor and Sam (and maybe others, sorry if I forgot you) have been kind, courteous and fast in answering my many questions on the spot. They keep excellent records of what we've discussed and purchased to help keep me on track and save time and effort for everyone! Great job!!

Answered all my questions, and offered advise. They shipped it fast.

Buck did a great job explaining everything and the girls in the warehouse were awesome also.

Your staff was knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was talking about and needed. They explained everything right down to actual costs and who we would rather ship with.
