Improvement with installers
Very respectful worker's from the sale man (was GREAT, got our price down as far as he could even calling his manager to lower), to the measuring guys (very friendly and interacted with us and our kids as if they was family but professional.), and the installers (great guys just need some improvement). When it come to installing our windows they forgot our big window and had to drive back 5 hours, so that put them behind and they had to come back another day (didn't call ahead to let us know they was coming the second day) and it was like they was rushing, they had to hurry to complete the windows because they had another job to go to and let my 16 year old daughter sign off (when she told them we was coming right back) they told her they couldn't wait they had another job to go to. They left broken glass everywhere and we have a pet and little kids..

Great customer service
Great customer service. I had a few questions after the installation. They quickly contacted me to setup an appointment so that a technician could come out to show me how to operate the tilt in feature of the windows and identify a corrective action for the trim work that was not done to my satisfaction. They have worked hard to make sure that they have a happy customer and I appreciate that.
