Window Nation - Kansas City Avis 

The install has finally been completed. It was a rough start on this 2nd set of window to be installed. It was rough this time. We had had 1/2 the house windows install about two years prior with good experience with start to finish. This time the sales team came out to the house and asked if we wanted the same windows systems we already had which we said yes. He measured the window openings like last time, and placed the order. The installers showed up in about the same time line as the previous windows did. The installers where not as cautious as the previous installers where which showed up in having to do repairs after they left around window seals, drywall, and Paint around the window areas, which was a let down for creating extra repair work for me to tackle. The installers did catch that the screens with the new windows where not a match to the old set of windows. They where 1/2 window flex screens instead of full flex screens like the previous windows installed two years ago. I was called out by the sales team member that I had signed for 1/2 screens but reminded him that he asked the question did "I want the same windows as last time" and I said Yes, which I believed would be full flex screens. Well the after installation service person showed up with 1/2 screens again, but this time was hard framed style. They had to re order the Full Flex screens again and 1 1/2 months later we can say the project has come to a completion and time to do the review as they will call, text, and email you till you give your opinion. The positive to take away is the windows previously installed have been trouble free and hope the new ones will stand the test of time also.

They did a good job on the ada doors we ordered and the installer explained to what he could do with as old as the house was. Did a great job.

The installers were fantastic with taking care to protect everything around also taking the extra effort to be sure everything was perfectly level and complete!! Very nice work. The final measurement was great as well. I know this is a very important part of the entire process and he did a great job!! The sales portion of the process I did not enjoy at all. I always want to see all of my options before I decide on how I want to spend thousands of dollars!!! Otherwise, I will recommend Window Nation!!

The install guys were top notch!I ask several questions and he answered them all with no hesitation looked me eye to eye.

The team arrived on time - they covered everything around the work area - their installation was supervised - the new windows were cleaned after installation, and every bit of debris was removed.
The team were personable, polite and efficient. We would use Window Nation again

The crew that came out and put in the windows were nice and profession but did not clean up inside the of window seals or inside where the windows were put in. But the overall quality of the windows is great!

my windows look great. i would like to see my windows cleaned of finger prints and smugges. clean up was so so there were screws from the old storm windows left in my driveway. the plants in front were stepped on. the installers were knew what they were doing and did a good job. thank you.

They were quick and did a great job. My house is significantly colder now as it retains heat better. The cost was also less than anyone else I talked to

Our experience with Window Nation was really pleasant from the initial conversation with the sales rep to the installation that was completed in a very professional and friendly manner.

The first time they came out with Damien that was a beautiful and exciting visit he was very knowledgeable he was very nice he showed us things he broke it down to the lowest bar we really enjoyed this visit in it was just awesome. They asked me to take a survey about the people that did the windows a survey about the people that did the windows yeah that's what I'm doing a survey.

Everything through the entire process went smooth Jessica was very nice and talked us through the sale, and the installers were impressive and professional, looking forward in seeing a drop on electrical bill, the only small criticism is a call or text a day or two for installation to confirm would have been nice, but no big deal

The finished product looks very nice. Installer seemed very knowledgeable and experienced.
