Bait and Switch
So much for saying we will take care of everything and then bury hidden things that they don't take care somewhere in40 pages of documents, So much for saying we will take care of…, Very shady business practices.
I also found out that only homeowners of single family dwellings can apply for permits in the state of CT, Window Rama would have to assign a homeowner of a multi family dwelling such as ours to be an agent acting in their behalf, the local building inspector said he will look into this practice going forward

We are sorry for the frustration surrounding the permit requirement. However, as outlined in the contract signed for your project, obtaining any required permits is the homeowner’s responsibility. WindowRama handled all paperwork relating to your HOA but was not responsible for obtaining any permits.
