Ordered it on the 9th of may and supposed to get delivered on the 18th for them to tell me it ll now be delivered on the 3rd of June but still no sign

Easy to order kept updated about order delivered quicker than expected kept updated about delivery driver was friendly and polite , overall an excellent company with good customer services and cheapest pri e we found fir the window which is not reflected in product as window is good quality

Great service. It was easy to order the windows, delivery time was only a few weeks and the windows were delivered into the house by a friendly driver. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered and paid no problem. 10 days later email informing me of date of delivery. No delivery. Phoned to enquire where it was - email back to say order refunded as they couldn’t deliver to my address! Took them 3 weeks to realise this?!?!

Please accept our sincere apologies for your experience, this is not the standard of service we aim to provide. In this case we did everything in our power to try to solve this transport issue, but unfortunately, we are no longer able to deliver to Scotland and have issued a full refund. We are sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused.
SERIOUSLY DISSAPPOINTED
If you follow this companies instructions on how to measure your window for a new replacement UVPC window, it will be too narrow for your window. When I contacted them, they said it was my fault. They agreed to sent me UVPC window extension parts but nothing has arrived. They are now - NOT REPLYING to my emails. The window quality looks good but the after sales service from this company is atrocious.

We apologise for the issue you experienced in measuring for your window. Measurements must be taken after any alterations are made to the opening, and we always advise to take measurements of the external opening. In this case, we sent three frame extenders/ add-ons free of charge by courier to rectify the issue. If unsure, we advise customers to contact us before ordering via either our live-chat service, telephone or email.

So far I highly recommend this company and look forward to dealing with them again in the future

Long waiting for the delivery
Long waiting for the delivery, they have send a email with the delivery date and they asked for someone else to be there so they could help them with the delivery, I tried to contact them prior to delivery day but no luck. So I had to pay for someone a full day to wait there .. and no delivery. Today I was able to talk with someone who told me that they had some issues with the manufacturing process and they didn’t know about that. So they have internal issues and hopefully I will get my window tomorrow.
Is such a shame because I need to replace all the windows for the house… I definitely don’t buy again from them .
Is not one day is 3 days and I still didn’t receive it . On the top of that is that when you ask for someone to be there just consider that not everyone has available at any time a person to help with that delivery so they have to pay for someone. Even if that is your responsibility to provide the delivery.

Hi, our delivery driver called the number you provided approximately one hour before arriving, and there was no answer. The driver waited at your address for fifteen minutes but no one answered. We tried our best but unfortunately we could not deliver. We will reschedule for a new delivery date.

The window is good, they were good at reorganising delivery but no instructions were given as to how to fit the window even when asked on the chat (an email was requested too)

With regards to installation, we are a supply only company. We endeavour to help out where we can but if you are unsure we would advise to use a reputable installer/fitter in the future.

Great service and awesome communication.
All very easy and simple to order what I wanted...I managed to break the window (all my fault) and after phoning them up, they got a replacement to me fast.
