I've had a wide range of computer, cell phone and software issues in the past year and Windriver has successfully tackled all of them. Today Windriver helped me address a knotty hacking issue. After thorough investigation, we have not been able to locate you in our Customer database or Prospective Customer database.
We assure you, the aforementioned review you provided is not how we work. All our customers pay after the completion of the service, not before. In case we are unable to fix Customer's issue, we do not ask for payments. Also we provide on-call customer service.
If you are contacted us and you were unsatisfied. Please share some more details of the issue and we can certainly come to a reasonable conclusion.
If you do not provide further details, there is nothing we can do, and we consider this profanity and an effort to defame the company.
