Not professional when coming out, work was messy, I left a review on google and got a smart @ss comment back from them rather then actually trying to solve the issues they caused

We needed a windscreen replacement, Blake and Odeel from Windscreenmedics are amazing, they fixed our car super quickly and did a brilliant job. We had to wait an extra day as it was pouring down with rain on our previously booked day and Blake felt it was not safe to replace the windscreen in the pouring rain. They returned the following day and did a wonderful job. Thanks guys, a great job all around 🙏 Highly recommended 👍

Broke the plastic cowl when replacing the windscreen on my car. Spoke with the owner, whose response was: “Oh well, things happen in life.” When I pressed him to repair the part properly or find a replacement, he agreed to do so. Have left messages since - no reply.

This company damaged my car in mid October - scratched dashboard and paint around external frame of windscreen, rubber not secure, window leaking. After a month they finally camped out to inspect the damage, was assured it would be fixed - now they’ve ghosted me, haven’t been able to speak to anyone since. All their attendance at my home is recorded on my security cameras. Now taking legal action.

They responded efficantly came out the next day with all the replacement parts
After working on the car for a while and facetime others they cam to the conclusion that they needed another part. I was told that they would return the next day with the part and all would be fine
After having to ring for an updat for the next 5 days the re turned on the 6th day with all the parts they had already installed reinstalled those parts and then told me its not reparable and sugested a new door would be the solution
They then left me being hundreds of dollars poorer and still not a working window !
