Wow, what an awesome experience with Wines Direct, they truly are the elite of what they do, I have placed 2 orders so far, and the service has been 2nd to none, the packaging is fantastic, no chance of any bottles breaking that's for sure, and the delivery service is brilliant, arrives within 2-3 days.

Have edited this review as once the company (Damien) made contact with me, they did explain the reason for the delay on delivery and were understanding of my frustrations.
As I had said before their prices are very competitive, if only the order status email could be fixed and a bit more communication then I think they could do well.

The order placed July 23rd and duly paid. The delivery lost at Fedex Bedford with no effort by Winedirect to describe the package to FedEx. Phone not answered. Hypetlinks do not work, phone calls rarely answered, promise of new delivery not kept. Successive attempts to establish email link ignored by this Barking based company. Driven to Court Claim if alternative cannot be found. Best advised to avoid this company.

Great and easy to use ordering services. So would recommend, just one tiny issue once ordered there’s little or no communication. The order tracking Suso doesn’t work or maybe it did once upon a time. Don’t get sufficient notice off Fed X to ensure you’re home. Otherwise perfect.

After writing a bad review yesterday, as my order did not arrive, someone saw this review and arranged for my wine to arrive today. Hooray it has arrived, i was told that it was originally lost by royal mail and they apologised for this, if they were aware it did not arrive they would have sorted it earlier.

I found my Dad’s favourite wine here that is out of stock everywhere else (at least in the UK), so I wasn’t sure if it was too good to be true…but it arrived on time, was well packaged, and was exactly as described. I will not hesitate to order again and highly recommend Wine Deals Direct.

They have an excellent selection of wines not just run of the mill wines but sophisticated wines that aren’t available anywhere else. The prices are very competitive and delivery was within their stated time frame.

Was so happy with price and glad I can order my favourite bubbly Barefoot as can't get it locally, and delivery was great , price great too ,and it was very well packed. Already for our 50th anniversary.

Ordered a bottle was meant to be shipped in 5 working days. I emailed to see if its been delivered at day 7. Got a call back instead on private number. Saying a refund can't be made because it was a hassle getting the bottle for you and shipped but the bottle will be delivered today(12th March). Still have not received it.

Not a problem with ordering great price and love the wine. Not impresses when it's delivered to my front door step and left for everyone to see when I'm away overnight. Hope it's still there tomorrow when I'm home
