Wine on Sale Avis 89

This is the second time I’ve bought wine from wine on sale.com. I have been very satisfied with the wines been delicious. I also had an issue with one of the bottles this time leaking no problem. They sent me a replacement bottle of wine and everything was good. I recommend buying on sale to anyone. The wine is great and the customer service is very good.

I made an error when ordering. I thought my Groupon coupon was excepted. Unfortunately it wasn’t and I was charged the full amount. With Lupe’s help, the issue was resolved. The customer service provided was exceptional. If all of your customer service employees are like Lupe, it is a tribute all of them and your company.

The package was at a surprisingly low price and came quickly. I anxiously opened and put the 20 curated bottles into my (cool) basement wine racks. As I did so, I noticed several bottles which I would rate as premium. I have never had a bad wine from Wine on Sale, and often get a special or even superb wine.

If for some reason there is a problem with my order you go out of your way to make it right, I really appreciate the extra effort.

One bottle was broken during shipping, but I am getting a refund. But it was probably my favorite bottle Caymus 2022 Cab

I wasn't happy that my selections of wines was vastly different than the obvious stock picture they use as far as projecting what wines are actually shipped.
