Great experience from the start. They sent stain samples on the species of our choice up front so we could be sure what we were buying. I had issues with assembly and they were prompt and courteous with advice and instruction. The toe kick was left out of our shipment. They compensated by sending us pre-cut trim pieces and added a trim piece and a sample of the stain (which we could use on the oak we employ to anchor our unit to the wall). Edith was fantastic to work with. This review does not/cannot emphasize the pleasure/satisfaction I felt every time I talked with someone at WineRacks.com. Competent. Courteous. EXPEDITIOUS. I highly recommend doing business with this exemplary US operation.

Very unhappy with their customer service, I still have not heard back on my second email about getting replacement parts. When I started assembling the racks and using the provided screws (by hand), the wood started to crack on the few three pieces I assembled. I immediately stopped and contacted customer service, it took several days for someone to get back to me, And when they did get back to me, they kind of put the blame on me for what happened. I followed exactly what their instructions. I had to pre-drilled the racks to make sure the rest of the wood won't cracked. I'm still waiting a response from my second email asking for the three pieces to be replace. Never again.

Everything intact undamaged and easy to assemble

Bought a small wood wine rack to verify quality before moving forward with a larger purchase and boy am I glad I did. The service and quality I received were well below expectations. There were much better alternatives available online.

Excellent product. Directions are on point. Having a 7 foot tall wine rack on my wall is pretty cool.

Great rack. Put it on floor in pantry below shelves. Makes pantry look way better without wine boxed. I highly recommend this product!!!!

Overall the quality for the price is great. Using a brad point nail gun was a first for me. It was easy to use once I got the hang of it. It wasn't that easy at first to know where to line up the ends of the first pieces. This resulted in me getting almost completely done, to then need to pull apart and re-nail an end. Luckily I was able to without breaking anything. It would be great if they just included 1 extra piece per end - just if needed.

The stackable shelves fit like a glove in the area we had for it; there was no room for error. The dimensions of the stackable shelves were as advertised and spot-on. We are very pleased with it. The only reason we gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was the unit needed touch up in a few spots.

The rack was a gift for my daughter and son-in-law and they love it. Unfortunately, the shipment was short one piece. I called the company and they shipped the missing piece right away. So the customer service is as good as the product!

Worth the Wait! We love our new wine racks! We hung it in our dining room and we have gotten so many compliments on it. So happy we went the the Bronze/Gold it works so well with our chandelier.

Good value for the price of wine rack. Three column basic unfinished pine rack. Could pay up to 4x as much for similar function and capacity, but parts are machined to tolerance and assembly is relatively easy.

Not happy with my experience with this company

Gave the wine rack to my husband for Christmas he loved it.

I ordered the 56 pine rack. When it arrived and unpacked I noticed that the vertical slates were missing the pre-drill holes. I call and sent a picture and you resent the pre-drill one. Everything started fine until I started assembling the rack and found out I was missing screws so I went to the local hardware and bought the screws so I would not wait.
Your customer service was helpful and resolved the problem but missing the pre-drilled holes seems to me an important QA step.

Product improve would be to increase the space between bottles as the wineries are start to use wider bottles and I cannot use the entire row.

Everything went together as promised.
