I was billed after I received email confirmation the subscription was canceled. This is a scam.

I asked them to cancel my subscription, and they didn't acknowledge. Now I have to continually go to them and through PayPal and ask for a refund.

Bad customer service, no proper onboarding help and ridiculously expensive. I was unable to cancel manually a week before my second payment via my profile as they had no way to manage your subscription (funny that!) I had to email them, and then they told me I had to give them 30 days notice, so I had wait until another $472 was deducted. I wouldn't waste my money.

Cancelled the subscription last year, been charged again this summer, asked for info and nobody answered. Now waiting for reply through payal. Will change my review if refund arrives.

Scam, sign up if you enjoy losing money on a regular basis. They trick you into a subscription which is impossible to cancel, prepare to get $53 stolen annually. I stopped using the app after a couple of weeks when realising how hopelessly dysfunctional and bug ridden it is, yet after a year I am still being stolen from.

You cant cancel the subscription, every time you click on cancel it says your email is not registered.
This is a scam

Scam, fraud, preditory, and greedy. nearly impossible to cancel sub. I've changed my card and they are still charging me.

This company will not let you cancel your subscription, they will change the name of the processor every month so that they can rebill you even if you put a block on your bank account. This is fraud and Im going to report it to the FBI.

Don't bother with this once you subscribe you cannot cancel countless times I've tried cancelling subscription on there site you get zero confirmation emails or anything it's basically a scam there's no way to get hold of anyone and I didn't even get to see what I was paying for as it just one paywall behind another. So stay away

This app has changed the pace of my conversations. The conversations have been more engaging and I’ve seen more interaction in my conversation.

I purchased to check it out, used it once or twice. Doesn't really help, but that's not the issue. I've been trying to cancel this subscription for a year. Communicated with Wingman explained to cancel service do not charge my account further. Confirmed by representative. 2 months later, still charging my card. I contacted again through email and phone support. Again confirmed via reply email and assured by customer support. No charges for a few months, then out of the blue the next month, charged again. Same process..... but since then, it's almost random one month it's charged, next month it's not....

A previous review stated to cancel your card in order to unsubscribe and not get charged. This I believe will be the only way

I’ve never been able to log in. I’ve tried contacting support many times. No response. They just keep charging my card.

This app is bullshit, it's a scam.
Whoever reads this don't pay for a subscription, don't put any bank details in for anything.

I’m honestly surprised at how much better my messages are now. Wingman makes it easy to avoid those awkward “hey” texts and actually get conversations started. Big fan!

I like the ease at which you can take a profile picture and get a series of intro messages based on certain criteria such as funny, flirty etc . Really helps when you are stuck with what to say. As well as generic msgs based on the same criteria. The option to generate your own bio is a good option , but you need an easy option to change it , I could not find an option to do this once set

Overall it is a good tool to guide your msgs etc. But a bit of editing may be required to suit your own approach if needed

Honestly, Wingman made texting way easier. I don’t have to sit there thinking about what to say anymore—it’s like it just knows how to start a conversation the right way.

I thought Wingman was just another app that wouldn’t really do much, but wow, it helped me get past all those awkward first messages. Now, my chats are flowing without effort.

I paid for the product. I never received a email address for the purchase or access to the password and login also made to extra payments by mistake and now I can’t even get on the app. Can someone from Wingmanx please get in contact with me. Sent numerous emails in with zero response
