Worst experience ever. Scammer and bad attitude.
They said the delay is okey for pick up the car since flight is canceled. When I arrived the, they said like I never talked with them or inform, your reservation is canceled and no refund. Go and take your many from online platform. Rude, zero educated, zero work ethics. Never recommended

Very bad service. DO NOT TRUST OR RENT VIA THEM.
They waited more than 45 days to get the deposit and sent wrong amount.
Plus they ask you about additional insurance which is not useful at all. Not raccomended.

Scammers they use different name
They have no shuttel in the air port you will loos your money and time and some one drunk smoker will tell we are waiting for you

Rented a car with them through Booking.com in May, paid a deposit of 1000Euros which we never got back. We have tried contacting booking.com and the manager+everyone in the shop. No one is reaching, we passed 3 months now:(

Ripped off/Scam
I contacted VIP Cars to complain and enable them to comment but they failed to contact me back. I booked a hire car with them on their web page. For a car from Antalya airport 5th July to 9th July. The reservation was with Idea Mobility Antalya. My contract is with them.
When I was taken to the car hire depot it was called WINGS RENT A CAR, not Idea mobility. I provided all the correct paperwork including VALID credit cards When the tried to take the blocked amount of €1200 it would not work. I gave them another card to try, that would not work also. I provided a Santander mastercard and a Halifax Clarity mastercard, these cards are designed to use abroad. I was very surprised as I'd used the Santander card for hire car less than a month prior without a problem having the blocking amount taken. They were both active and valid cards. Wings rental agent said I could not have the car unless I paid them for additional insurance, which I had already paid for to VIPcars. They wanted €40 a day or €160 for 4 days additional insurance. I thought this was excessive as the car hire only cost €55.57. On complaining of the price it was immediately reduced to €25 a day. I was not ready to pay an additional €100. I asked them to use a different card machine as I thought it could be broken/not working correctly. They refused. I thought this was very odd I they said this was the only machine they could use. Well surely you have to have a back up if it gets broken. They would not try taking the €1200 blocking amount on another machine. They did have other machines. So needing a car to get me to my hotel I was forced to pay the €100 plus another €50 plus another €100 to cover fines which would be paid back if no fines in 45 days. Although I did not incur any parking or speeding fines I probably won't see that €100 again! I believe they could not take my blocking amount so I would have to take additional expensive insurance to cover it. Funnily enough the machine worked when it too €250 from me using the same card that would not work before! This is a SCAM!. Do not book with VIP cars or have any dealings with Wings car rental Antalya. I have used my UK bank credit cards in Europe and Asia to hire cars, blocking amounts being taken and there has never been a problem. I contacted both my card company banks and they said there should not have been a problem having a blocked amount on the cards.
Wings were also going to provide me with return instructions but they didn't, rubbish company.

TURKEY IZMIR // STAY AWAY from this car rental
Hello everyone, three months ago I had been renting a car in Izmir via discover cars platform and the provider OtoQ - please be aware they are scamming you where they can and operate also with Wings Car. Since 2 months Im trying to get my deposit in the amount of 490 EUR back. In their rules it says after 45 days you shall receive your deposit back - I didnt. We are now at day 65, almost 3 months later, and I still dont have my full deposit back. Since weeks they are finding excuses why my money was not paid back yet, and only after I reached out! Otherwise they would have kept the money! After several days of calling day and night and being transferred to 10 different people from otoQ and Wings Car, Day 66 I received now 450 EUR back, 40 EUR outstanding. We had paid all open toll payments on day of handing over the car and have proof for this. Now they are coming up with made up contract terms where it says that toll payments get charged an additional 25 EUR and 15 EUR for washing fee, a contract extract I did not sign and which they cant show me proof for. LONG STORY SHORT: They are real scammers, STAY AWAY
