Everything was timely and got updates all the way through.

We love our new mattress. We can feel a big difference between our old one and the new one. One thing to note is that FedEx leaves the box outside your home and you need to have the capability to carry it to the bedroom and open it up. It was pretty heavy but very much worthy effort.

Everything went fine it was delivered 2 weeks early. Which wasn't a problem for us. But it could be for others

I bought this bed for our cottage and laid down on it to test it out. It’s like laying on a cloud and sooo comfortable right out of the wrapping. I am a side sleeper with neck and shoulder issues so I needed something soft but that would not sag. This is a bed I will only use occasionally but it’s so comfortable, I may have to swap out our main king size bed for one of these!

The mattress was delivered in time and set up was easy. We love our new Wink mattress. Slept great the very first night and we have turned the mattress as suggested.

Awesome mattress. Was delivered a week early, but I’d rather be early than late. Very comfortable, I awaken feeling refreshed.

Awesome deliver ahead of schedule! So far so good with the bed. Sleeps cool and comfortable, supportive but soft. For the price we wish to had handles for handling and rotation (seems like a small addition for a fairly pricey mattress).

This is the most comfortable bed I have ever owned and it came in a box! I'm 230 lb. I bought the plus version and all the reviews said that it was very firm and many people sent the bed back. I bought a mattress topper just in case and I didn't even need it. This bed is incredible and I'm so grateful. I haven't slept this well in years!

Excellent online experience, excellent customer service as well! Love the immediate email confirmations after shopping. Also, the emails were great and prompt regarding progress towards manufacturing and when shipped. The bed was super easy to get set up is amazingly comfortable and only getting more so by the week

Mattress shipped amazingly fast! Very easy to set up & I love that it is isn't boxed very long so it doesn't have any low spots. Mattress is nice, firm, very little sinking when I sit on the edge. It is very comfortable, happy I did my research and went with WinkBeds!
