Winsleigh Avis 

This is a scam! I ordered products from Winsleigh and Veyraille on 6/22/26 and they never arrived. I belive they are the same "company"/scammer. When I emailed asking about my items, I was told they would replace the package so I agreed. More time went by and I saw on their tracking that the second package had been delivered. I asked them for the name and contact information for the local delivery service so I could reach out directly. They would not provide that info. I asked for a refund but they ignored me. It is now 9/21/26 and I still have not gotten the items or received a refund. Total scam!

This is a spam. Save your money. I ordered and watched my delivery order on line from origin to destination and received nothing. They took my money no problem. I’ve reached out by email and after a couple weeks without a response just to learn I’ve been played. They do not deserve a 1 out 5 stars rating.

Buyer beware!! This is a scam! I found out a little too late. Do not buy from this website. These people should be prosecuted!

Said package was delivered, was home when mail came and no package. Contacted customer service and they said they would resend. Package shows delivered, but again I was home and no package arrived again. Would not order from this company.

I added to my cart order for $10 but did not submit. After a couple of hours, same company, Winsleigh had another AD same item for $7. I got suspicious and check reviews in TrustPilot and found review is only at 1.4. BEWARE! Website is riddled with Bigtime Scammer.

Most definitely a scam. Clothing doesn't turn up,fake tracking says your order has been delivered.

Ordered $58 worth of clothes. Never got it since the beginning of July. 2026. They did respond and asked me if I wanted a refund or send the items again, that it must have gotten lost. I said send the items. That was middle of August. 2026 still hasn't come. Probably not going to.

I, like the other women have been taken by this company. When I inquired on my order after 2 weeks, customer service said it could take up to one month! Here we are 2 months later and nothing. Not to mention we can no longer get in touch with them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! OR ANYTHING OR COMPANY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM! A MAJOR SCAM! I'm going to see if my credit card will accept a fraud claim.

Scam scam scam they change items to confuse you! Don’t trust them, call your bank if you paid them through it, tell your credit card. Dont let them get away with this Scam

Never received my package, they said delivered but I live in a gated community and I have cameras 😡 I will write a review everyday until I get my package . Telling all my friends and neighbors DO NOT buy from winsleigh!!!!!!!!

Never received my package. Multiple emails sent. They have blocked my email. Should be zero stars!

Winsleigh is a rip off. They never deliver the merchandise but insist they have. They dont provide you with a local tracking number either.

August the 8th it's supposedly was delivered on September the 4th and yet I have never seen anything. Fire beware I have contacted them over six times by email and they've responded a couple of times but as of about a week ago I haven't been able to get them to answer again so I'm going to also be putting fraud on this one

Thank you to all who wrote a review because I was just about to order and you saved me from getting my money stolen. I do appreciate you very much and shame on these creepy, foul and discusting people that steal our hard earned money. This Sites and the vile people that make them, make me sick to no discusting people like you exist. Hope you rot in hell cause you deserve it!

They have not sent orders. Two large orders. On June 20, 2026. Placed two large orders they won't send items and have not refunded my money. Don't trust this company!

Order stated delivered and provided “tracking” with no delivery information. Package was not received. Emailed and they said they would look into it. They did not and would not respond again. Filed fraud either Discover and they denied because company provided “tracking” that said delivered even though it was not. No pictures or delivery information offered.

I never received my order . I contacted them they sent me an email saying it had been delivered. I had not left my house for 3 weeks. This is a scam . The second time I tried to contact them it was no longer a valid email .

Same as all the others, ordered clothes and not delivered even though they say it delivered. I asked for a replacement order. They said sure it’s on its way. Never received anything.

THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE THE ITEMS ORDERED. i ORDERED $45.00 WORTH OF MERCHANIDISE AND TRACKING SAID IT WAS DELIVERED A MONTH LATER BUT I NEVER RECEIVED A DELIVERY. I EMAILED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE A FEW TIMES TO NOTIFY THEM OF THIS AND TO DATE HAVE NOT RECEVIED A RESPONSE. ITS A SHAME AS THE ITEMS ORDERED WERE VERY PRETTY.

Oh the usual said it was sent then said delivered and got nothing.
