I throw £10 to a competition and don't expect to win. And then I win!

I'm at the stage where I'm trying not to win and don't believe I will win, and I still win!

They send out the prizes as quickly and soon as possible and are really passionate in their community and communications such as emailing to let you know you've won.

Trust me, from the unluckiest guy in the world who never used to win, with WinWink, you truly do Win.

Been entering a few comps on this site and picked up a few nice instant wins, Pokemon booster boxes, ETBs and some nice graded cards. Luck must have been smiling on me as i won the Team Rocket’s Mewtwo EX 231/182 Pokemon Destined Rivals ACE 10 grand prize. Shipped so quickly for me to be able to enjoy my new favourite card. Great comps for absolutly everything no matter what you are in too. Personally I love the Pokemon comps. The site is easy to use and has fun free games that give you opportunities to win discounts. Just love this competition site and my Pokemon collection is coming on a treat. Keep up the great work.

What a great site, iv had a few small wins and then yesterday got the email to say I had won a main prize , everything was handled smoothly and such an easy process. Excellent company and great prizes to boot

I originally left a positive review for Win Wink after winning a prize. At the time, I was also offered £10 site credit for leaving a review, so I thought why not (now I think about it, i'm sure companies can't offer rewards for reviews...). I have since deleted that review as my experience overall has not reflected what I initially thought, and I believe potential customers should hear the full picture.

I have entered several competitions with Win Wink and have won four instant-win booster boxes as well as a grand prize. While winning is obviously exciting, the experience after winning has been consistently disappointing.

With instant-win prizes, I repeatedly had to chase for updates. There were no dispatch emails or tracking information, and very little communication. On one occasion I only discovered Royal Mail had attempted delivery after contacting Win Wink myself. On another, I had to chase after a week and only then received tracking showing the label had just been created.

The £1,000 Ascended Heroes bundle has been even more frustrating. After being told packing would begin the following day, I waited over a week with no update and again had to chase for information. I was then told the £1,000 value was based on current market prices rather than retail value, which significantly reduces what is actually included given current inflated prices. I also understand I am still waiting for the prize to be fully delivered at the time of writing.

What makes this more questionable is that Win Wink regularly advertises Ascended Heroes ETBs and other sealed Pokémon products across its competitions, and my previous instant-win prizes were fulfilled via a reputable retailer supplying at RRP. This makes it difficult to understand the shift away from retail pricing for the grand prize. From my perspective, this appears to benefit them by valuing products at market rate rather than retail, effectively increasing the stated prize value without reflecting what is actually received.

In addition, I have also seen a Trustpilot response from Win Wink stating that all prizes are held in stock and that they do not purchase items after a prize has been won. However, in my own email correspondence I was told they needed to source, purchase, and wait for delivery of the items I had won. These statements appear inconsistent and raise questions about how prizes are actually fulfilled.

I will update this review once I receive the prize, including the actual contents, the proposed market value compared to RRP, and any further communication from Win Wink.

While I appreciate I have been fortunate to win multiple prizes, the repeated need to chase for dispatch updates, as well as the grand prize not being as it seemed at the time of entering, has ruined my experience. Based on this, I can no longer recommend Win Wink.

It's been a floorless experience, from winning to recieving prize it's been so quick. I expected for it to take a week or longer but its been only a few days for delivery. Friendly staff and easy to speak to. Would recommend!

WinWink is literally the best competition website/app I’ve ever used! You actually win. I mean talk about good value. Can buy at least 30 tickets for as cheap as 5 pounds! From that you can win instant win prizes which I’ve won and was amazing! Even then those tickets still go in to major prize draws! Ohhh and the prizes, I love the pokemon and Lego prizes they have to offer which sold me. So what are you waiting for? Download and see for yourself! I’ve personally won about 3 prizes so far! Hoping for a big one soon but I know if I’m going to get it anywhere it will be on WinWink. Staff are super helpful and the live draws are soo much fun! Love the new daily pokemon game too! I’ve been playing on winwink for a while and have had doubts before about the prizes and competitions but I’ve just add an amazing instant win on a competition, giving me a Gladiator tank for my warhammer army.
That’s a £60 model for the price of a 50p ticket in one of the draws.
Amazing prizes really can be won!
The team are so lovely and helpful too.
The community is so supportive and friendly.
Well worth a shot if you’ve been on the fence.

I’ve left a review for WinWink previously with my old Trustpilot account, but recent changes to their site have prompted me to get an updated version posted. The team at WinWink have a genuine community spirit with the players, their level of engagement with us is second-to-none and they have recently upgraded their website to provide enhanced transparency and security for the draws from which a lot of others could learn lessons. Competitions always feature fantastic prizes for the main draws and often instant prizes too which are often just as amazing! If you’re one of the lucky winners then you can expect fast and friendly communication from the team, as well as quick delivery or payout of prizes. There are lots of similar sites out there and many have been around longer, but all the others need to be looking at WinWink for how things should be done from the competitions themselves to the community and the fun that should come with it.

Yesterday was my first time playing WinWink and (after never winning anything in my life) I actually won a PS5 on my very first draw! I watched the draw live on facebook and couldn’t believe my eyes. The draw was on Sunday evening, and WinWink contacted me early the next morning to help arrange my prize, which I’m now eagerly awaiting! Thank you!!
