Withdrawal of Money
I created my account on January 18 and uploaded my ID for verification as required. After that, I was able to deposit money and place sports bets without any restrictions. On January 26, I won a large bet (933.88 USD), but when I attempted to withdraw my winnings, I was told that my account had not yet been verified.
I contacted customer support, who informed me that while they would verify my account, the winnings would be voided and I would only be refunded the amount I originally staked. This is highly unprofessional, as most betting sites do not allow users to deposit funds unless their accounts are fully verified. Since I was able to deposit money for several days, I reasonably believed that my account had already been verified.
I have since tried contacting them via email and WhatsApp to help resolve this situation and allow me to withdraw the money I won but have received no response. It is extremely disappointing to lose such a rare winning opportunity in this manner.
