Gemma and Larni were both so responsive, informative and supportive throughout the whole process. They kept me updated every step of the way and explained everything, which made a stressful situation feel much more manageable.
There was a small hiccup towards the end of the settlement process where I had made a payment before speaking with Gemma, which could have resulted in the worst possible outcome with the default still remaining. Gemma was determined, persistent and genuinely fought for the best outcome for me. Less than a week later, she managed to get agreement for the default to be removed 🙌🏾

97% success rate is what they say they get??!. They couldn’t even get rid of my bad credit which was a small loan of like 7k from almost 2 years ago, missed a couple of payments. Paid $400 for them to look into it and help with it, ended up just paying $400 for them to say we can’t help which I had to wait months for them to come back to me with an answer, Couldn’ve just called up Westpac and found that out my self. Wht a joke.
