I changed my password
I changed my password, on Wire and now I'm having trouble getting into my account. Even though I'm using the right details, it keeps saying Im wrong and asking me to try again. This issue happens on my Android phone and also on my other computers, whether they run Linux or Windows 11. I can't even get it to work through the web browser app.
The reason I changed my password was that one of my computers said it would log me out and wouldn't accept my correct password. I hoped that changing the password would solve the issue, but it made things worse. Now, I can't access my account on any of my devices and web browser app.
Wire apologized and mentioned that Linux is still in the testing phase, suggesting that I reinstall it. I did that multiple times. However, they fail to understand that this problem occurs on all devices and platforms, not just on Linux.
I finally got my credentials accepted on one PC after four tries. However, I'm worried that if I change it, IT wont solve the issue, and I might lose all my contacts since I might not be able to access my Wire account again.
Wire has a serious issues with their app, yet their solution is to tell me to seek help elsewhere. THIS IS BULL SHIT* I know I have the correct password because I wrote it first on my wire folder, then copy and past.
Can anyone recommend a trustworthy reliable alternative without needing to give a phone number?
