Awful, I purchased a pc in April 2023, was amazing for the first 2 months well not really, the fans had stopped working after the first month. they put together random parts and make it looking amazing but not work amazing, my pc doesn’t even get 100 fps when told it’ll get 400, they have shut down and do not help anymore.

Harry was so good at selling us a pc. Sad they folded the company. But no forwarding numbers. This pc had a warranty. All gone. Do not purchase in future on sites like these. Also persuaded me to buy outside of eBay. Very dodgy sales man. Stay away.

They never answer their phones, have been on hold several times for over 10 mins before I give up. I have even sent a message but no reply....do these guys even exist??

Ordered and paid for a pc on 26th June 2024. Told items we in stock and delivery for 29th June. Nothing came. Phone and other contact not working. Looks like company has folded. Hopefully PayPal and my card company can get funds back. Not good taking funds if they knew they were in trouble. Fraudulent behaviour please be aware I'm not the 1st and doubt if I'll be the last £800+ order

And to top it all this morning the other pc we had from then back at the end of may has now stopped working guess warranty won't help now. Got a i9 13th gen pc where heay sink not fitted correctly and the CPU has cooked. So that's another £1,400 on top of the. £715 I've lost. Feeling totally gutted. Anyone want to add me to any joint claims please fee free strength in numbers. As if today 10th July still shows as an active company and not in administration on companies house but I'm expecting that to change

Update as of this morning 10/07/2024

Received a email after a breach of contract sent to them. Theve replied with the following may be if use to some of you. I personally now have had to start a small claims for loss. Not that I will get anything back now that the receivers are in.

Response from the the liquation company below 😞 at 12.34 on 10th July 2024

Thank you for your email of which I acknowledge safe receipt.

For the sake of clarification, we have not yet been appointed as liquidators and the company is not in liquidation, but it has ceased to trade. We are currently gathering information to enable us to prepare the necessary paperwork to be provided to creditors and I will ensure that you are included on that list of creditors.

It will take us a week or two to pull everything together, once we have all the information from the directors, at which stage you will receive formal notice of the proposed liquidation from us. This will include a form which can be completed and returned in order to formally submit details of your claim.



Once in liquidation, one of our roles is to investigate the conduct of the directors and review the trading of the business, where funds have been utilised and look at any potential claims that could realise funds for the benefit of creditors.

Order a pc on the 28.6.24 got told it would be here for the 4.7.24 no show try to tack my order website don't work no more try to text/call nothing like the phone been trun off Facebook tiktok Instagram ebay all website off them have dissappear or don't work now to try get my money back from PayPal if anything come I will update this but for now this is not looking good

Got a full refund from PayPal as still heard nothing back and now moved to a new company to buy a pc

an order was placed through paypal but was not meant to be as paypal gave wrong information,after order went through i immediately contacted wise guys and paypal,paypal looking into it but wise guy page disappeared for me as did their fb messenger,ive made numerous attempts to contact shop,sales,harry etc but no replies,hopefully paypal resolve this for me or i need to get police involved,if it turns out to be a misunderstanding etc i shall delete this,still nothing from vendor and as in review from luke hopkins below similar situation as him,im waiting on paypal review but may be a police matter soon

Let me start by saying I don't write reviews...

But my experience with this small company was immaculate. Harry dealt with me perfectly - no bs, no confusions and no upsells. From product knowledge, customer service and satisfaction - I already concluded they are simply the best. Please do not be fooled by their company size. Also to mention they have very competitive prices and would fairly argue that they price their products currently at the best for what you are looking for. Truly went above and beyond for my experience! I would HEAVILY advise anyone even just remotely briefly looking - to message them first as you will be greeted with an overflow of enthusiasm from him as you should expect from any company genuinely wanting to sell to you that wants to create the best lasting impactful purchasing experience you so rightly deserve. You will not regret it and your peace of mind will be at a mind of peace. I am so glad I stumbled across this company. Although small, I even opted away from Chillblast, OverclockersUK and PCSpecialist having spoken to these three beforehand, and I am over the moon that I did do more digging and research before stumbling into WiseGuysGaming. Harry alone is of a different league to these bigger companies who sell to you and caters to you more so as a genuine human rather than someone trying to simply sell or upsell. Confused? Message them. Wary? Message them. Purchased and not satisfied or have issues? Message him! I took the time to write this as I was really taken aback by the level of both professionalism and customer satisfaction given. Without a shadow of a single slither of doubt I trust this company with my endeavours within the PC realm. Truly the UNDERDOGS.

My girlfriend order for me on Thursday and I received my PC on Saturday before 1200. All drivers and updates taken care of it was pretty much plug and play.

Well, where do I start.

I contacted Wiseguys Gaming through the website to ask for some help towards buying a pc with a around a 3.5k budget and was phoned immediately by the owner Harry, who talked me through everything to meet my desired needs. I was given 3 different quotes for different specs around my budget and knowing me I obviously went for the highest spec haha.
Through the process there was perfect communication throughout. The PC was packaged very safely and had a very speedy delivery and service through dpd.
They even sent me all the boxes for the parts that were used in the pc aswell.
And oh my lawd the results are outstanding. These guys really do know what they are doing.

Recently bought a PC from here after not being able to find one that I wanted. Harry was very quick to reply to my request and then made multiple different lists of specs to find the perfect one. The PC works great, looks amazing and the delivery was really fast. Couldn’t be happier!

I found them on youtube shot. Then visited the website. They had almost everything. It didn’t take long for me to find the right one that fits my budget.
Before buying I contacted them. Harry, replied me quickly and helped me to make the purchase.

Well what can I say?
Looked At Overclockers, CCL, Chillblast for a gaming machine and in turn some helpful most just want you to have a ticket and they will get back to you from 36 hours and up..and then you don’t always get a reply.
WiseGuys appeared:
“Need to get out there more Harry higher profile.?” So I asked about a particular type of build and he showed me a wonderful powerful already built machine he took me through the why’s and wherefore’s and lo and behold! he was spot on. Pro’s and Con’s covered,
2 days later the beast arrived, got a kitchen chair and whip to keep it at bay when opening the box. lol 😜
The computer is a dream to use, will play anything and I mean anything,
