This is an extremely reliable and first class company that specialises in BMWi3.
We had a charger connector fault( which were supposed to have been fixed by BMW ) wisely mobile unit came out to fix it with a friendly mechanic Connor… first class.
Their fees are so much less than my regular BMW servicing centre and it only took an hour to fix it without me having to drive elsewhere to drop the car off and collect it in the conventional way. when I tried to call BMW, all I got was a very unhelpful person who doesn’t know or interested in my vehicle and gave me a slot in 4 weeks time… this is BMW!!

Wisely are the reason that I have kept my BMW i3. Not only is the service great, but the mechanics are passionate and knowledgeable. I will never go back to BMW, and pay prices for a lesser service. Thank you Wisely 😊

They do what they say they are going to do, they do it when they say they are going to do it and what they do is 1st Class!! They are not the cheapest...but, in my opinion, they are the best and they don't shout about it. They just get on with the job. Honestly, it is so difficult to find a company in the auto trade (actually, any trade) that you can trust. These are they!!!

Arrived on time, competent service completed on my driveway, reasonable prices (with quote upfront), Wisely Automotive just made my life easier.

Kian fitted Evolve dampers on my BMW i3S. Very friendly and helpful service. Changed the front top mounts and boots at the same time to future proof the installation.
The car now rides noticeably better with much of the harsh edge gone. Still handles like an i3S

Kian from Wisely Automotive serviced our bmw i3 and i3s today and replaced the 12v batteries. We were very pleased with how comprehensively the job was carried out. He was meticulous and knowledgeable, explaining a few issues that he found which we weren't aware of at the time of booking. All information on data sheets regarding the service was emailed to us.
A very smooth experience from Chatting to Emma when booking, to being invoiced after the work was completed and all carried out on our own drive. Great value and highly recommendable over main dealers..
