Item not shipped. Requested full refund. Waited over 2 weeks for redund to be deposited still nothing.. will not use this site ever again. AVOID this site what a waste of time and money.

I have placed 2 separate orders for swimsuits. It has been over a month and I’ve still not received neither order. Hasn’t shipped. Says waiting for details. They emailed me a receipt but that’s all I have received. Every time I try to email them, it says email has failed. There is no other way to contact. Of course they have taken the payment out of my account. Just want my money back or send me the product! Simple

SCAM site !! Now changed their name on my account to Elizabeth something ! Won't refund me for items that arrived not as described! They send you cheap $hit and then tell u it's too expensive to return and offer u like a 1/4 of ur money back ! DONT DO IT ! Not worth the hassle ...

My order took so long to arrive, then when the items were not correct and I wanted to return them, they ghosted me.
They advertise widely on Facebook and Instagram but seem to be a scam organization.

They don’t even deserve a star, it’s a -10 for me. It’s a fraudulent company based in Hong Kong. They pose like they are based in the US, till you need to make a return of a product that doesn’t fit or meets their description. Then they say you can’t return and over a $10 voucher for an item that’s over $50. I will be calling my bank to dispute this. NEVER ORDER FROM LILY LOVE. It’s a scam!

1 star only because 0 isn’t an option. Ordered a suit and started return process as it didn’t fit. Delayed responses and after much haggling $10 refund w/a $20 voucher. “Too expensive to return to warehouse overseas.”
To say you can return anything within 30days/unworn with tags is a flat out lie.
Needless to say I will not be using the voucher.

Buyer beware they are based out of Hong Kong and won’t let you return items that don’t fit

This company is a joke and scam. I purchased a few items and split the packaging into 2 shipments. First item was said to be delivered, never received it, shocker, so I emailed them about it and if they could send a replacement or refund or whatever, nope. Second shipment of items not a single thing fit accurately. Like it was 4 sizes too small. Overall hated everything. Emailed them again wanting to return the 3 items that ACTUALLY arrived but were awful and I just wanted to return them and get my refund because it was a good chunk of money. They wanted me to "just keep them" and give me a 20% coupon to their website for my NEXT purchase.... are you for real? They even said so I could purchase the 3 items again but in my size... HAHAH an actual joke. DO NOT buy anything here, not worth a cent.

Yeah, don't do it. Three weeks after ordering, only one item was in transit. I messaged and magically the other two items set off on their way. When they all finally arrived (5 weeks later), two had holes in. I'm now being offered $25 for $80-worth of stuff as compensation, because sending it back to Hong Kong would be so expensive. This will teach me to stick to brands I know, with operations in the same country I am in.

Their website says that they have a 30 day return policy nowhere and it doesn’t say that they not only will not accept your return but they will only offer you a $20 voucher for more garbage off of their website. That’s not even half of the cost of what I purchased and need to return. I’m pissed.

Why don't I ever learn. I'd hope Face Book would vet these crappy companies

I placed an order for 3 items with them in February and received only one item in March. The shipment email said all 3 items were in the package. I emailed them twice so far to tell them this and ask for correspondence. They never responded. So basically, they stole $60 from me. I will take this up with my credit card company. DO NOT order from this company.

Unfortunately I placed an order with Love Lilly, and like so many others I never received a confirmation # just a receipt. I inquired about the tracking information through a phone # they have listed on their website, however, it’s a cellular number that no one ever reply’s to. Then I sent communication through chat and email simultaneously, and never received a reply. After two weeks, I contacted my bank to inform them I never received the product I paid for and the efforts I took to contact the company and never received a reply so they could start an investigation. Shortly after that, I received a reply from the company stating that they were out of stock and my order had been expedited, and it will be a while before I receive it. I replied back and asked them to refund me. It took another week for them to say they refunded me and it would take a while for me to receive it, depending on my financial institution. I replied back to them, If you refunded me on this date, my financial institution would refund me within 5 to 10 days. I requested a copy of the refund receipt and I have not received it. This was 11 days ago. I have requested this receipt three times over the past 11 days. I just want my refund and to be done with this fraudulent company. They have a very poor way of doing business and handling customer service inquiries.

I purchased a swimsuit over 2 weeks ago and tracking still says processing order. I’ve tried to reach out to them to cancel and want my refund. SCAM. Don’t buy from them! Buy on Amazon at least you will get your items!!

Scammers sending fake information on product shipping from China. Had I know it was coming from there I would not have not have purchased it. Still no product, no communication.

Actually I'd give them zero stars as I placed an order on Frb 13th and still no order received and no response to emails either!! Do not buy anything from this place!!

March 1,2025 on lilylove.com I placed an order & paid for two items I never received confirmation. The only way to communicate with them is via chat which now states order not found and no one replies. UPDATE: Three days after this review I received this email response~ Hi Cherise,Thank you for reaching out.Your order has been received and we are expediting its shipment. We kindly request your patience and greatly appreciate your support!~ I received my order 27 days after purchase and I am pleased with my items
