This product has been a game changer! My period pain and cramps have reduced significantly and my energy levels have definitely improved. It takes a month for the product to start working but after, there's no turning back! Absolutely recommend it.

Leider schmeckt mir das Pulver gar nicht. Also habe ich es mir richtig runter gezwungen und dazu keine Verbesserung festgestellt.
Vielleicht hilft es anderen Frauen. Aber mir ist leider nur schlecht davon geworden. Was mega schade ist. Ich hatte mich sehr über eine Verbesserung in meinem Leben gefreut und gehofft, dass dies vielleicht die Lösung sein könnte.

I can't quite believe I'm able to say this... But I've been taking these supplements for about 3 weeks and I've just had a period with zero pain!!! Something I've never experienced before! I would usually have at least two days of awful pain and would have to take codeine for it. I've tried many other supplements before that haven't changed anything, these were a last resort and I'm so happy I tried them! I also get premenstrual migraines sometimes and haven't had that this time either, nor anywhere near as bad PMS.
Only down side is the taste, I hate it! But I've stuck with it and just chug it down fast. I'd love it if they could provide those two supplements as capsules, then the drink for the rest of the great ingredients in it, because the initial tropical taste is really nice before the ginger and turmeric hit you!
I'll be recommending monthlies to everyone.

This product has made me believe that I can live a normal life on my periods.

As someone who’s suffered from PCOS and crazy bad period pains since as long as I can remember, I really had accepted it my fate. That was until I tried this supplement.

Now, it’s important to mention that this is not a magic potion and I have not been cured. But I do feel so much better with my periods now. My cramps don’t start and take over my life a week before my body periods, I don’t feel completely useless and tired, my mood feels balanced, and I am able to go on with my plans. Another good thing is that I started seeing small little improvements early on so it encouraged me to continue using it.

I‘m using Monthlies for half a year now. At the beginning there were small improvements during my period, but now after using Monthlies consistently over time, things have really changed. I don’t need any painkillers anymore and feel much more fit during my period. In the past my immune system was very low when I had my period and I got ill easily. Since I take Monthlies this has changed completely. I‘m really happy that I discovered the product and can only recommend it.

I tried monthlies for 3 months. I started to notice a difference in my energy after the first month. Second month I didn’t see much more change but third month wow! This supplement works but you just need to be patient.

Unfortunately the product didn’t work for me, so I requested a refund as per Monthlies’ policy. After emailing them to check in several times, I received a refund, but only for the first month - not for the three months as advertised. I have emailed them again, multiple times, but they stopped replying to me.

The product itself tasted fine, although I would have found it easier to take it if it was in tablet form. It seems to work well for most people, but it actually made my pain and cramps worse.

Product is tasty, and overall I feel it's helping to reduce my cramps (only been taking it for one period so far though so not 100% sold yet). However I'm really not happy about their communications and the fact that you don't get any heads up about your payment coming up. I have been in touch about this and was just told most people get reminders on upcoming collections from their bank but 'the feedback would be passed on'. I don't think it should be the bank's responsibility to let your customers know about an upcoming payment for your product, but apparently Monthies disagrees.

I genuinely believe this company is trying to make a difference to period pain sufferers, it's just not working for me. They do provide helpful information and I'm sure the supplement works for some so it's worth giving it a go if you have particularly bad pain.

I love that this is a female/research led product, and want so badly for it to work for me (as a long time sufferer of very difficult periods) and anyone who tries it, but have had a few struggles alongside some wins.
I started taking this at a lower than recommended dose, half way through my month, so one scoop instead of 1 and 3/4, for two weeks before my period. The big win is, I definitely saw an increase in energy, a significant decrease in bloating, and a small decrease in pain (still needed pain meds though). Still, I’ll take all those!!!
The two struggles have been 1) I absolutely hate the taste. It’s far too sweet and synthetic tasting for me, even when mixed in a large volume of water. I sometimes try and do it in a shot of water to get it over with, but honestly I dread it! And 2) when I entered follicular phase after my period, I found I was having a racing heart rate throughout the day and unusually high anxiety, clamminess and sweaty palms (not normal for me for a prolonged period). I’ve had this before when I’ve taken any supplements with a lot of B vitamins in, but didn’t have these symptoms during my luteal and menstrual phase when taking Monthlies. Maybe as my hormones pick up in follicular and ovulation, I don’t need the extra components added by Monthlies? I’m not sure… I couldn’t bare to keep going with that racing heart feeling so have paused, but will pick back up once I enter luteal and see if it persists. Going to give it another month before a final verdict.

I wholeheartedly recommend, this has turned 2 full days of period pain where I struggle to do anything to about half a day of pain. Couldn’t be happier.

Die Wirkung war eigentlich gut. Ich hatte durchaus schon weniger Beschwerden, obwohl ich erst 1 Tag vor meiner Periode angefangen habe, ob das jetzt an Monthlies lag weiß ich natürlich nicht.
Ich habe nach 5 Tagen aufgehört, weil der Geschmack einfach unerträglich ist. Ich würde es evtl. wieder kaufen, wenn der Geschmack weniger künstlich, intensiv und süß wäre.

Ich liebe es, es hat wirklich viel bewirkt, mir geht es mit meinem Zyklus viel besser, weniger Beschwerden und viel regelmäßiger, ich möchte nicht mehr auf monthlies verzichten.

My daughter has had a great response from using the monthlies for the first time in decades. She has not experienced the excruciating pain during the time of the month. She was really surprised in a good way. She kept saying I'm not in any pain and I can just get on with life. She still had moments of feeling the low mood, but I would say 100 percent better.

I have seen a lot of immediate benefits in my first month of taking Monthlies! Definitely significantly less bloating & period pain. As soon I consumed monthlies during my cycle, the pain went away almost immediately.
