I’ve been using WithU for maybe 2 years…
I’ve been using WithU for maybe 2 years now and still love it. It helps to motivate me and improve my efforts with strength training especially.
I was a bit disappointed that I paid for a year with 50% off and then received an email offering it for free for 12 months because I volunteer at parkrun but could do nothing about it

It’s just a great app
It’s just a great app - I use it whenever I want something specific to do as there are so many varied workouts - sometimes I do shadow boxing other times hiit sometimes weights and often go for runs

I love this app
I love this app, i have tried many apps before and this is by far the best. There are lots of choice and intensity. It keeps me motivated and wanting the do some form of exercise each day

Withu is the best fitness app out there
Withu is the best fitness, training, relaxation and wellness app that I have used. The range of disciplines is excellent from cross training, through cardio, strength, yoga and Pilates to meditation and sleep. It's accessible to all with programmes ranging from beginner to advanced. There's something for everyone and plenty of help to get you started. There are multi week programmes and collections and a whole host of human coaches providing guidance and encouragement with a little bit of humour. It's excellent and well worth the subscription.

I use WithU almost every day. There’s so much variety of workouts that I can always find something to suit my experience level and more importantly, my motivation level for the day.

Absolutely love the workouts. Would be nice to see trainers on screen.
Absolutely love the workouts. Love the warmup and cool down and how workouts are structured but use different formats. Love the time progress along the bottom :)
But I would like to see the trainers on screen rather than an avatar :)
